Overall experience is positive. There could be room for improvement. First, drinking water tap is located in the dinning room, which is closed except breakfast time. It would be more convenient if it were relocated to the reception desk. Second, detached bathroom is not a problem but my shower so happened to have a problem. It was late at night. It would be great if a spare bathroom could be prepared for such case.

Das Zimmer war hervorragend groß und geeignet für längere Aufenthalte. Sogar mit zwei Kochplatten, Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher. Top. Die Rezeption ist um die Frühstückszeit vielleicht besetzt, ansonsten über Mobilnummer erreichbar- das stört eine einfache Kommunikation. Funktioniert aber gerade noch akzeptabel, denn manchmal ist eben auch lange besetzt. Frühstücksbuffet ist einfach gehalten, aber auch hier sind die Basics abgedeckt. Die Lage nahe dem Lidingö Zentrum ist toll und die Busverbindungen nach Ropsten und Zentrum Stockholm einfach und schnell. Lidingö ist eine sehr schöne Insel. Alles in Allem kein Business Hotel, aber ein gutes Basislager für die Stockholm Expedition. Gerne wieder.

I had a classic single room which was really small, but just enough for one person and was a great little base to operate from. The bed was comfortable, but the room has no table so I had to use the little stool as one and sit on the bed to use my laptop. The bathroom was just the perfect size, and the shower was great with very good water pressure. Breakfast was very minimal, and the coffee was not being filled fast enough to keep up with demand. I'd recommend trying to grab what you can and then go across the road to the patisserie for better coffee and pastries. Transport to and from here is no problem, as there are many buses that will take you the two stops to Ropsten where you can then travel into the centre of Stockholm by metro, bus, or even the line 80 commuter ferry. Overall I'd say this place is good to stay at for a short trip and I'd definitely stay again

Cutlery at the breakfast buffet were dirty :( otherwise my staying at the hotel was really nice.

Ihan ok... aamupalaakin ehti syödä kun ovet aukesivat 6.04 ... siitä sitten ehti hyvin vielä baltic princesille 6.40 mennessä.. ajoaika 5 min. Perus hotelli/ok.. ei tainnut olla ilmastointia..

Odalar temiz, konum mükemmel, çalışanlar çok kibar, kahvaltısı Helsinki Hilton dan daha zengindi

Väldigt bra service och bra hotell. Dock drabbades vi av mycket störande ljud från klubben som ligger i samma byggnad . Den tillhörde inte hotellet. Det var hålligång till sena timmen med hög dunk och hej rop. Vi har tidigare bott på hotellet och kom tillbaka då vi alltid upplevt det bra, men denna gång blev vi mycket störda och sömn uteblev .

Enkelt att parkera, trevlig personal. Nära till kommunikationer.

Ok hotell som vi valda pga kommunikationen. När vi anlände så hade man missat att bädda för den femte gästen och vi fick själva fixa lakan i förrådet. Rummen hade ingen riktigt fungerande ventilation eller AC så vi fick vädra så gott det gick. Frukosten var ok även om det saknades yoghurt, glas mm när vi kom. Men personalen kämpade på och löste det.

Terrible service, no explanations about anything (parking, breakfast, bathrooms) The room was filthy, I would not walk barefoot in it. A dirty, greasy frayed rug on the floor, disgusting. The private bathroom wasn't in the room, but down the hall. I was left to discover this by myself, no explanation was given. The parking was said to be hotel parking with a fixed price per day, but when I got back to the car I had a fine because it was a parking company facility and had to be paid completely separate (I asked about how the parking worked upon arrival and this wasn't explained at all) Breakfast was serviceable, but extremely basic and not what was advertised. Basic bread, butter, cheese, ham, hard-boiled eggs and scrambled eggs. There were literally only soup spoons to be found, so good luck stirring your coffee or eating your egg other than biting into it. If it was a dirt cheap place, I'd know what I was getting, but at 350€ a night, you expect some very basic minimums and they weren't there.

The staff at checking in at recptionwere rude, disinterested and not helpful at all. We were early for check in and we asked if we could leave our bags with him, we were told just leave them in the lobby where anyone could have access to them. He then proceeded to leave the re option area. There were no glasses or drinking cups in the bathroom or bedroom and when I went to reception to ask for them the attendant merely said "what do you expect at a 3 star hotel".... no apology! There was no TV remote either and we had to go down again to reception and when the lady rought 3 of them, she was not sure how to use them. The weekend breakfasts were very good, but on the Monday . morning the good loaves of bread were not there and when we asked for them were told they dont have have any and just walked away. Same guy, same attitude a d no apology. Definately can not give any recommendation.!!!! Disgusting behaviour.. Hotels.com please drop them.

Liten frukost med få valmöjligheter

Bra läge nära centrala Stockholm med bra parkeringsmöjligheter. Lite hårda sängar och en kran i badrummet som knappt fungerade. Lampan vid handfatet var trasig. Fanns inget att laga mat/äta på trots ett pentry på rummet. Enkel men ok frukost.

Väldigt bra och nära Färjeterminal erna. Stort dubbelrum med bäddsoffa gjorde oss nöjda. Trevlig personal.
