Clean comfortable room, quiet. Good breakfast. We were there for Umefolk fest, very convenient.

Friendly, cheerful and helpful staff.

Really clean common areas, very beautiful breakfast, room was basic but comfortable. Price was lower than Umeå's average. For me the worst thing was there was no elevator and I didn't know that. 😔

No fuss living near city centre. Super clean and modern common facilities with no passive aggressive signs like there usually are in Swedish common areas. Solid, decent breakfast for the price! Would have paid a little extra for hot meals/bacon in the morning and tea/coffee around the clock, otherwise super happy with my stay.

Easy checkout despite that there was no staff there, clean rooms, comfortable beds, lockers in rooms, great wifi, charging station by the beds. Good breakfast, though it would be nice if it could be available until a little longer than 0830. Two blocks away from the main square which is convenient.

I had a nice stay and was there all week! Nice little breakfast and my room was private one. The only downside was it gets a little noisy at night with people opening and closing their doors. But with ear plugs, was fine.

I found out when I got there the staff is only around for 1 hour out of the day. If you need linens call the after hours number. The room was kind of a free for all. Grab whatever blanket or pillow looked unclaimed and make it yours. The bathroom smelled of urine as well. I was not in the mood for dealing with the mess so I payed for a hotel that night. Basically if you need something extremely cheap and don't mind the lack of organization this place will be ok. Personally I'd rather pay a little more and have a better hostel experience like other's I've stayed at in Sweden.

Det var bra men blev tyvärr av med nästintill allt jag lagt på min hylla i kylen och märkt med namn och datum (som det stod att man skulle)

Duschen hade ingen tvål. Väldigt liten säng.

Kaikki oli oikein hyvin, kiitos. Sain aamiaisboksin mukaan, kun lähdin aikaisin junalle, ja viereisessä keittiössä saatoin keittää aamulla kahvit. Erinomainen paikka junalla matkustaville.

Prima en kamer net hotel. Fijne keuken met alle benodigdheden wel waren de anti-aanbakpannen al wat beschadigd/verslechterd. Het ontbijt was ook lekker met ook lactose vrije yoghurt en melk als optie. De kamer was iets wat tochtig, en soms wat onrustig door de gedeelde wc en douche die er vlak naast waren. Zat aan de achterzijde van het hotel dus geen last gehad van de trein en het overige verkeer die langs de voorzijde rijden.

Städning bra! Lite trångt i vandrarhemsköket (många gäster samtidigt). Saknade möjlighet reglera temp på rummet eftersom öppet fönster innebar mycket ljud från trafiken utanför, långt ut på natten. Bra sängar! Bra frukost⭐⭐⭐! Fint med färdigbäddade sängar. Önskar fler möjligheter att hänga upp kläder mm på. Synd att Umeå är så krånglig/dyr stad med parkering. / Peter 🤠 & Ingegerd 🙋‍♀️

Bra läge med trevligt och hjälpsam personal. Rent och snyggt. Bra frukost. Ett fantastiskt boende som vi verkligen kan rekommendera.

Absolute priceworthy. The walls were a bit thin, but otherwise nothing to complain about. The breakfast was great and the staff helpful.

Fräscht, rent boende med sköna sängar. Dusch och toalett i korridoren, inga problem. Fanns handfat på rummet. Vi bokade sent och åkte tidigt så vi missade den fina frukosten som ingick.Vi hade rum ut mot vägen, trodde ljudet skulle störa men ingen av oss hade problem med att sova. Prisvärt, ska absolut bo här fler gånger. Bra läge nära tågstationen.

Mycket prisvärt för en snabb övernattning på väg norrut. Mycket rent och fräscht även på gemensamma toaletterna.

The hotel is very well located - close to the center and the central station. I stayed in a single room and it was very clean and nice, modern furniture and a comfortable bed. Very clean facilities overall! The staff was very helpful and friendly via email before and also at my arrival. Overall a great place, the only downside are the prices and even thus are quite good for what you get compared to other places. I would have liked a dorm room for those traveling on a lower budget.
