The hotel is very conveniently located, right next to the central station, and there are many different restaurants nearby. However, the room windows are very close to the road, making it quite noisy. Housekeeping service was average, as the staff did not replace our towels during cleaning.

Fabulous Experience

The room’s AC was not working. It was well over 80 degrees. I informed them, but no other room was available as they were full. I understood that there was nothing they could do that night. However, they were not proactive in booking us into another room the next day. My wife went down the next morning and they basically dismissed her and said there was nothing they could do. Miraculously when I went down 30 minutes later they found a room. Basically when a woman asks for a room they dismiss her, but when a man does, they find a room. They said they would remove the charge for that night and issue a refund, however several days later (and after a few emails), they still have not done so. I love radisson blu and have stayed at them in multiple countries, but this one was particularly disappointing.

Excellent location near the city centre and adjacent to the Central Rail Station with direct links to Arlanda airport with the Arlanda Express

We enjoyed staying here for our short summer break. The location is very convenient (right next to central station) and with plenty of amenities nearby. You can walk to many tourist attractions. We are grateful that we had been upgraded to a street view room-thank you.

Bed was comfortable but the AC wasn’t very strong

Överlag väldigt bra. Väldigt servicemedveten personal. Avloppet i duschen var lite dåligt/någon typ av stopp vilket gjorde att vattnet inte rann ner som det skulle. Sa till i receptionen och de skickade en tekniker som löste det omgående.

Frukost 5+. Läget är bra med bra kommunikationer.

Perfectly located for Stockholm Central station and transportation by rail, metro, tram to connect across the city. Hotel room was smallish but perfectly functional and comfortable. Room window faced into restaurant atrium. Hotel staff attentive and efficient, breakfast excellent, and High Bar is a nice place to relax or for a night cap.

The bar and breakfast were great and the room was perfrct both times I stayed here. Amazing location too.

We had a family room (junior suite) for a family of four which was a good size and bed was comfortable. Service at front desk was very helpful and right next to train station so was convenient for us to get to. However, the room had a funny smell - like a drains smell - which did impact our stay and why haven't given higher rating. Also the pool you normally had to pay for, but we didn't when we were there as the Jacuzzi was out of action. I definitely wouldn't have paid to go (and I think should be included in the room price).

Veldig bra hotel som ligger « midt i smørøyet « av sentrum. God frokost, hyggelig personale. Minus er ingen air condition på rommene så di kan si det ble noen « hete netter». Vi kommer gjerne igjen men da ikke midt på sommeren!

Modern hotel right next to the station, so very convenient for the train to the airport but still very easy to get around the sights of Stockholm. The only criticism is that the cleaner took away two towels and only replaced with one, and we then had to ask twice to get a second towel
