We booked this hotel because it is one of the few hotels in city centre has offsite car parks available as we know it is very challenging to find car park in the city centre of Stockholm However when we arrive the check in personnel told us all the car parks are fully occupied and they have only five car parks for guest use. My first feeling is that they should make it clear it is only limited number of car parks. Then we asked it we can book a car park tomorrow. Then they said it is first come first serve and can’t be booked. On the next day we went to the reception desk and managed to book one for the day. However when we drove to the designated car park it was occupied by another car. We raised this to the hotel staff again the response is sometimes it happened the best thing they can do is not to charge us the car park fee. During these two days we tried to find other public car park after failing to use the hotel car parks but can’t’ mange to work out how to use the payment machine. Again we asked help from the hotel staff the response is there is number near the payment machine and suggest us to call. Surely can find a hotel with better service at this price

Great location! The superiors with sea views were large with stunning views. The breakfast area is large but crowded. The bathrooms were overall on the small side but it did have a walk in shower. The snacks they put out every afternoon are a nice touch. No conceirge so the front desk handles all request and issues. My biggest issue was they didnt have our bed configuration we had requested but they did move us the 2nd day.

Beautiful building on the best adress in Stockholm, and nicely appointed rooms. Sound isolation and wifi could be better.

This is a big hotel but the service is outstanding. Beautiful surroundings, convenient and walkable

Wir waren nach 3 Jahren zum zweiten Mal an dieser Adresse, in erster Linie wegen der unschlagbaren Lage. Da uns das gebuchte Zimmer nicht wirklich gefiel, entschieden wir uns für ein Upgrade in eine Junior Suite. Die Reception war dabei sehr hilfreich, kompetent und unkompliziert. Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass das Frühstück seit unserem letzten Besuch qualitativ deutlich abgebaut hat. Damals waren wir begeistert - nun wurde nur das geboten, was man bei dieser Kategorie erwarten darf. Bemerkenswerte Neureung: Seit diesem Sommer gibt es eine Rooftop Bar: Super Aussicht, cooles Ambiente, aber bei Wind auch sehr kühl.

Veldig dårlig ekstra seng, grei frokost. Måtte spørre igjen m rehold 5 ganger før de kom.

If you're planning a trip to Stockholm, the Radisson Strand is the perfect hotel in every way. From the friendly and helpful front desk staff to the unimaginably comfortable bed and pillows to the beautiful breakfast that's beyond compare, our stay here was a 12 out of 10. It's a 15 minute walk to Gamla Stan's historical sites, restaurants, and shopping and a 20 minute walk to Djurgarden Park and so many incredible museums. This is a hotel not to be missed. The Radisson Strand delivered the Scandinavian vacation of our dreams.

Very well located. Quiet. Friendly staff. Only drawback was very small shower room.

Muito desapontado com hotel.com e com Radisson. Sendo cliente VIP teria direito an upgrade (nunca está disponível) e a um desconto na alimentação e na bebida. O problema é que restaurante e hotel não conversam entre si. O restaurante me exigia o pagamento e não permitia colocar a conta no quarto. Dessa forma o desconto não pude usar o desconto. Ou seja, ofertam o desconto que não pode ser usado. Além disso, ao solicitar um late check out de duas horas não tive concedido. As 12:30 foram requerer nossa saída. É fato de que não se trata de um 5 estrelas, mas apresenta um serviço muito aquém do esperado pelo preço.

Our first morning. I woke up to something that sounded like someone trying to get into the room. I shrugged it off, but a little while later someone was trying to force the door open, banging it loudly and nearly breaking it. My partner woke up and confronted the person trying to get in. The person had their hand through the gap in the door trying to undo the lock. It was an extremely scary experience to wake up to. However the hotel handled the situation amazingly. A mistake had been made and by the time my partner got downstairs they had a plan to give us a room upgrade and free breakfast. While I wish we didn't wake up to someone trying to force their way into the room it was great to see the hotel take responsibility and do the right thing. Also the location is AMAZING.

Great location. Great views from the premium sea view room that we had. Lovely comfortable bedding for a good night’s sleep. Nice helpful staff. Many sights and restaurants within easy reach. Water and cookies / sweets at the reception was a nice touch.

O.K. stay in rundown hotel with excellent location. Hotel is old and needs modernizing. The bathrooms are minuscule and the beds are tiny with uncomfortable bedding. Even the junior suite fell way short of expectations and it’s bathroom was smaller than that on an airplane. Friendly staff and decent breakfast. Overall, poor value for money and we would not stay again.
