Basic but got things right considering the price range. Breakfast is good too. One minor stain, I was told Breakfast starts at 06:30, and got rudely told off by a kitchen staff (presumably) when arrived there in 06:40, maybe she's having a bad day but don't take it out on me.

The lift and the room are too dark, not enough light, difficult to see clearly. Not easy to assess the room from the lobby, and too quiet, not secure for a girl to live. There is no formal reception in the hotel, I need to do my check in and check out in the sister hotel. Also everyday I ate different type of food was not fresh, so they became sour in taste. The location is good since it just take 5 mins to the metro, and the staff are friendly.

The hotel is located at convenient location with few minutes walk to metro station. The room is tidy and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The mattress was too soft. The room was pretty small. I wanted to drink hot water but there was no kettle in the room, I have to get hot water from the lobby, but the breakfast was good and the staff was nice as well.

La struttura si trova a pochi passi dalla fermata della metro e degli autobus. Molto pulita e silenziosa. La camera grande con un bagno dotato di tutto il necessario. La colazione abbondante sia salata che dolce. Caffè, tè e brioche disponibili durante tutto il giorno. Possibilità di lasciare le valige dopo il check out. Vicino ci sono dei supermercati e ristoranti. Unica nota negativa, la mancanza di vista. Noi eravamo al secondo piano

It was ok

The hotel is an easy walk to the city centre. I found the staff helpful and enjoyed the jazz across the road at the Hellsten Hotel.

I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is so close to the Metro, the breakfast was nice, the room was clean, etc. I was traveling solo so I stayed in what is essentially a small bungalow. Overall, it was fine as I don’t travel to sit in the hotel, but I do have to say this room was not perfect. There was no tub in the shower, which means the shower is right on the bathroom floor so it was virtually impossible to shower without getting water all over the bathroom floor. Also, the room had no chair, but it had a small desk. I really don’t think a small chair is too much to expect in a room. Also, there was one morning where I had the “Do Not Disturb” sign hanging outside, yet the housekeeper knocked on my door at 8am. What’s the point of “Do Not Disturb” if you’re being disturbed? I sound like I’m complaining a lot but again, I overall like this hotel and would stay here again.

Bra läge, rena och fräscha rum. Ett av våra rum hade dock utsikt över en ”skräphög” på innergården som man tycker borde ha röjts upp!

Sentralt hotell med grei beliggenhet. Hyggelig petsonale, bra frokost, rent og pent.

Alt i alt har vi givet hotellet 3 stjerner! Vores værelse vendte ud mod en tilsyneladende stille gade, men vi blev vækket af varebiler eller anden støj tidligt om morgenen. Værelset var meget småt og manglede lidt farver og udsmykning på væggen. Morgenmaden var ok, men manglede lige det sidste pift for at snige sig op på 4 stjerner
