Great Stay

Our room was at the farthest end of the hotel with an elevator at the other end of the hall . It was not easy getting our luggage in . Not the hotels fault but it was packed with families, kids and tours. It is near a zoo/ amusement area. Getting breakfast was a nightmare.

Great place to stay and the breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing. Way better than I could ever have hoped for.. Would recommend to any one going to the area. Next time i need to go here for work il be staying here..

We stayed here for one night as a pit stop before Kolmården, as it was recommended as a family friendly hotel. It was quite busy with lots of families (as of august 2021) but with the mandatory booking system for the pool, breakfast and restaurant it didn't feel too cramped with regards to covid. We had a family room which was clean and in good shape, what I would have liked to have in the room is a fridge, water boiler and AC which it was lacking. I'm sure I could have asked for a water boiler, and they did provide a fan. Pool was a bit small, but OK when you're just going to swim with the kids, gym looked OK as well but bothing spectacular. Breakfast was pretty standard for a Scandic, but I've had way better in Norway and Denmark. Was surprised by the food at the resturant, which was very good and they had cheap and good options for kids. Good service as well! I frequent a lot of hotels and I had a pleasant experience during my stay here, and I would recommend it to families and people staying over to visit Kolmården for example.

Great hotel for staying with kids. Make sure to book ahead for breakfast and dinner times during the summer. Location was great especially if you want to visit kolmården. Breakfast buffet was great, something for everything. The pool was a super plus especially liked by the kids. The beds in room 115 were not so comfortable.

Very family-friendly hotel with a playroom, swimming pool and sauna. A bus to the city is about 3 min. walking distance away.

Great quality and comfort. Staff were great and food was amazing. The pool area was nice but a bit too deep to be relaxing for us.

Perfect for a business night stay, conveniently located near to the main roads.

Clean and fresh, but not fancy or luxurious. Good breakfast with lots of diabetes-friendly options and organic choices.

We enjoyed it - came for the music festival and this was a clean comfortable place to stay, decent wifi and breakfast.

Inexpensive, very nice, right off the highway, (Entrance to driveway was a bit tricky) room was very clean and far more roomy than others in Sweden, hotel staff was excellent, (They recommended a restaurant called Bla' or "Blue" in Swedish) one downside was this hotel in well off from town center. (Although Karlsburg isn't a city for which this was a big concern)

A spacious breakfast, nice rooms and a friendly staff. The hotel is on the north side of the city, close to the freeway. The traffic is no distraction though, and it is is easy when leaving. It is not in the center of the city. If you want to be close to city center and restaurants, you should pick Scandic Norrkoping City Hotel. Right next to the Railway station!

Everything was okay or good about the hotel, except that it is kind of far from downtown. Bus runs regularly but still is not very convenient.

The hotel took the children very well account. The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The only negative was the poor ventilation.

Trevligt och fräscht hotell. Fint poolområde för barnlek och simning. Trevlig personal. Vi hade en fin vistelse. Prisvärt.
