Very nice hotel and atmosphere! Would stay here again!

We thought the room was very comfortable, and the location was great for us. Have no comments on amenities, or eco friendliness, and didn't look around the entire property. We thought the breakfast was very good, and the room was very good value for the money. We didn't spend a lot of time in Kristianstad, but we liked what we saw.

The hotel is a short and easy walk from the station, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was nice. The room was clean but basic/dated. I’m unsure if it was a one off as I’ve not seen it mentioned in other reviews, but there seemed to be a nightclub very nearby as there was really loud music playing until 3am on both Friday and Saturday night (to the point where the room felt like it was vibrating) I would suggest taking earplugs/asking to not face the street if you are a light sleeper.

Beautiful building, super location, lovely staff. Unfortunately it ends here. The hotel needs a massive programme of refurbishment. the old girl is dying on her feet through lack of investment. I'm no keyboard warrior and I don't post negative reviews in general but this building, this location, these members of staff deserve a hotel they can be proud of. Right now it's a long way off.

Hotel is in a central location not far from the train station, quite convenient.

Very nice hotel with some of the best customer service I’ve encountered. Rooms are comfortable - ours had the standard small European afterthought bathroom - and the property is well maintained with a lot of pride. Ask for room 116; it has its own private balcony which is great for people watching.

Väldigt fint rum och mycket sköna sängar. Enda som var lite mediokert var frukosten.

Ulidelig larm fra tilknyttet amerikanskstylet burgerrestaurant med karaoke indtil de tidlige morgentimer.

Et sjarmerende hotel sentral i Kristianstad. Lukter kloakk på rommet og mye bråk utenfor i helgene. Enkel god frokost.

Jättebra hotell med bra utrymmen och service. Nära till stadens centrum med pubar och resturanger. Städning och allmän ordning perfekt, mycket vänlig och trevlig personal. Frukosten var lagom men ändå det mesta, fräsch, äggstanningen var perfekt det är nästan unikt! Nu till det enda jag vill anmärka på, kaffet var lite tunt.

Trevligt hotell och bra läge

Gammal fin byggnad med mycket detaljer. Rymligt rum, dock i stort behov av uppfräschning. Mycket ofräscha heltäckningsmattor, det är nästan det första man ser när man kommer in genom entrén. Trevlig personal.

Väldigt servicevänlig personal, fint rum och skön säng samt supergod och lyxig frukost.

Det var en trevlig övernattning i en väldigt skön säng. Dock var det nästan bara säng i rummet. Tur att jag reste själv för jag vet inte om en person till fått plats.

Personalen var toppen! Trevliga och tillmötesgående. Mycket obekväma kuddar.
