Överlag rent fräscht och hyffsat nytt. Allt fungerade bra utom NFC-läsarna för att komma in genom porten, access till hiss, vångingsportar och själva rummet. På inget sätt fel på min telefon så det borde vara läsarna främst vid porten som var undermåliga. Det var tyst på rummet och bra temperatur. Lakan som var för små för sängen, samt hål i lakan. Madrassen var dåig och höll inte formen. Kommer välja annat boenden nästa gång. Undvek frukosten, finns kafféer inom 10min gångväg.

Loved this property! Lots of room and very clean. Surrounding area was great too. Only issue: shower water pours into bathroom floor, so had to use extra towel to block water under shower door. Everything was wonderful!

Helt ok lägenhet för 2 barn och 2 vuxna. Dock saknade vi lite saker i köksskåpen som glas och mer lämpliga skålar för frukost. Det har också kunnat vara lite mer av bland annat kaffekoppar.

This was the perfect place to stay for 10 days with a small kitchenette and all the necessary appliances to prepare meals. My boyfriend and I stayed here and thought it was ideal for the location, proximity to a tram station and multiple little supermarkets like Lidl. We will definitely be coming back to stay here on our next visit!

Perfect for a short stay, close to public transport and only 16 minutes from Gamla Stan. I downloaded the app but the electronic key did not work unfortunately. I went straight to the "barception" as they call it and they checked me in. If you want to stay longer and properly cook in the apartment, there is not enough equipment in my opinion but as I said, for a short stay it was really good.

Lägenhetshotell med internationell stil. Mysigt rum med loftsäng. Väldigt skön säng. Receptionen inte bemannad hela tiden. Minus för otroligt torftig frukost (Continental) och att det luktade mögel på toaletten.

Tolles Hotel mit kleiner Küche. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war perfekt.

Really great apartment studios in a nice area of Stockholm. Area is quiet and peaceful, but only a 20 minute tram into the centre, which is perfect. Studios are well furnished, with a big double bed, kitchen area and separate bathroom with shower. The only thing that let our stay down was that there were no ironing boards or irons in the room. And you had to book a laundry slot, if you wanted to use them. Which is frustrating for people only staying a few nights, instead of long term. The breakfast was great, continental style with plenty of pastries, tea/coffee, and cold meats/cheese. There is a small snack selection too. We really enjoyed our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Hei!! Jeg og 2 venninner reiste sammen til Stockholm for en helgetur og vi koste oss kjempe masse hos Unity Hammarby Sjöstad! Kjempe fine rom, med nok plass til alle tre veldig komfortable senger og alt vi trengte var tilgjengelig. Vi vil gi en ekstra takk til Sam som jobber hos dere, han var veldig profesjonell i motsetninger til andre ansatte som satt og hadde date med kjæresten sin i løpet av arbeids tid😅Sam hjalp oss med alt vi trengte hjelp meg, en kjempe hyggelig fyr og kjempe smilende!! Vi takker han for all hjelpen og håper å møtes igjen ved eventuelle reiser tilbake til Stockholm i fremtiden❤️❤️

Hotellet är modernt och fräscht. Rummen är relativt små men fräscha. Sängen var för smal som dubbelsäng och inte särskilt bekväm. Frukosten

Excellent hotel! We had an apartment to include a small kitchenette which was very helpful and not usual. We don't go to restaurants for every meal, so the ability to keep some groceries and eat a small meal in our room was a very big plus. I believe, but am not sure, that this kitchenette feature was standard throughout the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was located in a VERY nice, quiet area that is just outside Stockholm. Features such as restaurants, grocery stores, cafes and many other types of stores were in easy walking distance. Also within walking distance were many public transportation stops for the EXCELLENT public transportation, making access to all parts of Stockholm simple and efficient. My wife had read some reviews that were critical of the breakfast buffet. We are not sure why, unless it was from some people that are used to lavish gourmet type breakfasts. We have found their breakfast to be among the best we have seen in similar hotels, and we have seen quite many. No place is perfect, so we can only list a couple of very very small criticisms. The after hours checkin can be confusing. I often sat in the lobby at night to find people stuck outside, unable to check in. Read the emails and communication from the hotel and follow the directions the best that you can. Perhaps the hotel can streamline/simplify it a little. The Duvets were a bit narrow for two. When we come back to Stockholm, it will be to this hotel!

Nous avions réservé un appartement avec cuisine - cela a répondu à nos attentes - propre, spacieux (chambre en mezzanine) très calme, chambre donnant sur une cours et en bout de couloir check in fait en ligne, personne à notre arrivée à l'hôtel, on a du se débrouiller pour trouver notre chambre (ouverture porte avec le téléphone) petit déjeuner simple, mais cela nous a convenu situation dans un quartier résidentiel avec un peu de restaurants et commerces le plus apprécié : ferry à 5mn à pied pour aller à Gamla Stan en 30mn (très sympa mais malheureusement pas assez de rotation) sinon le tram passe devant la résidence pour aller en centre ville voiture garée au PK de la résidence (un peu difficile d'accès) et à payer de suite et non au check out

Bra säng. Vi hade en fåtölj samt två matstolar, önskar gärna två bekväma fåtöljer alt liten soffa. Blev ganska obekvämt att sitta på pinnstol längre tid... Annars allt mycket bra i en lugn del av Stockholm med nära till det mesta. Mycket trevlig personal!

Appartment was not ready at 1500. Cleaner despite good intent rushed to clean it. So, overall state of the appartment was so-so.

Smidigt med incheckning, tyvärr väldigt dåligt städat.
