I was very impressed with the hotel reception, nice decoration and the room is comfy, big and clean.

Although the design aesthetic was a bit too gaudy for me, this was just a one night stay and the room was as I expected. The staff were incredibly helpful….despite the shuttle bus officially only running between 6am and 9pm, the hotel picked us up at the airport and 9.30pm and returned us to the airport at 5.30am….we did not expect or insist on this, but they kindly offered, despite us saying we would get a taxi. Great service!

Check in was very slow. They blamed staffing shortages, but room was nice. Food and drink was extremely overpriced, even by notoriously expensive Swiss standards. I’ve traveled throughout Switzerland for 5 years. It was high. So stay away from the hotel restaurant and you’ll be ok

If you want a fancy hotel that will charge you a fortune, this is not the place for you. But if you want a hotel that's very well located (5 minutes by bus from the airport), lovely staff, always friendly and happy to help, great food, with easy free public transport to the centre of town, this is your place. We couldn't be happier with our choice of a hotel and I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay especially the clean rooms and wonderful breakfast buffet. It was a convenient place to stay before we departed on a river cruise from Basel. The staff was very friendly and didn’t mind speaking English. The casino was a fun distraction and there was an ATM machine that made it easy to get cash before embarking on our cruise. Unfortunately, the hotel’s shuttle was not available when we arrived at the airport even after calling two days in advance and calling again from the airport as we were instructed by the hotel. The taxi fare for the short ride from the airport to the hotel was very expensive given the distance of only 4.2 km / 2.6 mi.

Das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal höflich. Die Anbindung an den Öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist gut. Beim nächsten Mal komme ich gerne wieder.

Very personable helpful staff. Fabulous breakfast. Very red color lobby. Fantastic airport and airline themed property. Casino is connected, if you’re inclined to gamble.

Has a shuttle to the airport that starts a 6 am . But they agreed to take us to the airport at 430am.

Room was hot and stuffy. The carpark was confusing and I wouldn't really want to stay again. Breakfast is expensive.

The front desk staff was very helpful. The bar food was tasty (the restaurant was completely booked). I loved our firm bed. Good secure parking.

It was great to be provided with a transit pass and given some direction ideas regarding dining + shopping. It was nice to be able to open the window in the room. The feather pillow was very shallow and totally flat once laid on.
