Nice, comfortable, helpful staffs, and easy to view Matterhorn.

The hotel is close to train station and popular spots for taking great photos with Matterhorn. We booked a room with a balcony with Matterhorn view. The room is spacious and neat. Staff is super friendly and helpful. There are numerous breakfast choices which are tasty and fresh. However, there is currently construction work outside the hotel that there is some noise during daytime. Luckily the impact to enjoy the stunning view is minimal. I will highly recommend choosing Alpine Hotel Perren for your stay.

Our room can easily watch the Matterhorn at the balcony even it’s just 2/F. Moreover, the room spaces, accessibility to other attractions , facilities and the services are good👍👍👍👍

Great service both in Restaurant and Hotel. The rooms are very clean and get cleaned every day perfectly.

The lady in frontdesk was super friendly. We upgraded our room with extra 50euro for 2 nights and that worth everything. We enjoyed the beautiful view of Matterhorn so much and so as our stay. The breakfast had large variety of food and drinks. They also offered us a free ride to train station when we checked out. It was really a great stay.

Great view of the Matterhorn from our bedroom. Can see the sunrise in our balcony. Excellent complimentary breakfast.

Room was spacious specially for skiing and snowboarding. Staff were great helpful and very friendly. The only big problem is no amenities in the bathroom only hand soap. Make sure you will bring your own.

Perren is near the train station, easy walking distance. The staff was exceptional friendly and helpful, not just the receptionists, but the housekeeping, maintenance, dining staff. All were helpful and always had a smile on their face. I had a small single room, but the bed was comfortable, the bathroom big enough for a tub, and I had a nice balcony overlooking the city, unfortunately not on the side where the Matterhorn was. The restaurant attached to the hotel was also exceptional. The quality, presentation, and taste of the food were so good that we went twice in our five night stay. This is Zermatt where there are many, many highly rated restaurants. I strongly recommend the rack of lamb, superb and huge portions.

The hotel has very big rooms and amazing breakfast with a lot of options. However for the expensiveness of the room you would expect at least some toiletries and a mini bar or a water kettle to heat water. Also there should be a bathtub mat for safety.Our safety box never worked, and there was a random plastic box lid lying in the room that in 3 days of stay never was picked up by the cleaning staff.

This was stop three for us and the whole point of our trip, to give the Matterhorn view to my daughter for her birthday and it definitely was THE BEST! Beautiful hotel, beautiful room and fantastic view! Restaurant beautiful, breakfast unbelievable and decor very classy! Bus stop right across the street and at night the babbling stream (with our balcony doors open) was soothing and relaxing! Would definitely stay here again!
