Nice. The location is convenience.

Good: kitchen, receptionist, air-conditioning and lift. The room has many charging sockets! Others… not as good as described, yet still acceptable if no demand/expectation for it. No capsule while coffee machine was provided in room. No telephone for contacting reception in case required (maybe because the room is an apartment?) The tissue box was empty when check-in. The handwash/shampoo/bodywash was almost empty when checked in. Location, slightly far from train station indeed. Room cleaning once only if you stay for every 7 days (understood it is for sustainability, just still quite longer period than expected). For next time, would try other choices at similar price.

Disappointed. Very busy hotel and dirty apartment. Location is good and easy to find.

It takes a long time to drain the wash basin in the bathroom. Dishes did return to the place after washed. Stat 3 nights but without any clearing services is not acceptable.

Clean and relatively new hotel with an easy access to the main train station and Zurich center

Overall, the stay was good for the price we paid, but there were a few drawbacks. The lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably warm, even with the provided fans. Room service could be improved—we had to request essentials like toilet paper and shampoo daily. Additionally, if we arrived late for breakfast, the drinks, particularly the juice, were noticeably watered down.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was convenient to the tour bus station and Old Town for dining. The hotel was very clean and offered a great breakfast for a fee. Excellent hotel choice!

Location was excellent, everything was accessible. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Only drawback, being very hot, there was no air conditioning.

Our room is far too warm and there's no way to make it cooler, our TV remote doesn’t work and our hot water jug is broken.

Great location within 10 min walk of the main train station. Lots of places to eat in the neighborhood. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. AC in the room does not cool below 20 C so it gets a little hot.

This is a clean, budget friendly, nice hotel. The check-in process was smooth. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient to the central train station. I recommend this property
