Hotel was fantastic! Was gracious enough for early checkin , I flew in the morning and was completely jet legged.
Hotel was very clean, modern, I really have nothing negative to say about it . Front desk was so nice and told us about bus schedule . Our purpose was to see Taylor Swift concert. It all worked out ! Yah

Das Zimmer jedoch war feucht und viel zu heiss, man hat das Gefühl man ist in den Tropen wenn man eintretet... Die Kleider wurden auch feucht und hatten einen muffigen Geruch.
Dann zahlt man extra jeden Tag für den Hund und der Putzdienst wechselt einem nicht einmal die Bettwäsche, sorry das geht gar nicht...

When we arrived to check in, 5 minutes early...we were greeted by three employees at the front desk. The woman who appeared to be in charge told us "we need a moment, please go sit on the red sofa." There was no "hello" no "we will be with you in just a moment" but rather...we are too busy to help you, you are here five, yes five minutes early...go sit on the couch and wait. It was a rude arrival to our accommodations and left a bad flavor for our time in your hotel. A little hospitality training would be advised for this employee. The young woman that checked us in couldn't have been friendlier. The manager didn't even say hello.
