還不錯...但是就是沒有櫃檯服務..要打電話去跟他說你在哪條路的公寓跟你的預定資訊，他才會給你code....然後才能自己從自動鑰匙機中拿鑰匙...

The apartment is just around 15-20 minutes walk from the central station even with my big luggage, road is smooth so it wasn't hard. We arrived early around 1pm, couldn't get our keys with our keycode thinking that we were just being early so we went lunch. Return after 2pm but still couldn't get our keys, tried to call the customer service yet the line is busy even tried 5 times. Here we met two other guests who couldn't get their keys as well. We thought the key machine has broken down and finally we were able to reach the customer service and we had to wait for 20 mins in the wind for help. While we were waiting, another guest arrived and could get her key!!! We were shocked and furious! A lady came to help, figured out that the other guests' booking got messed up and she handed them a room which is still available. And my turn, it turned out that she said the code provided by Expedia is not correct and their company has another code for the key!!! They did not even send me an email for that! What if i dont have a wi-fi machine or a local phone that I have to make international call to their customer service to ask for help? I think the booking management is a bit messed up and it not only wasted our time waiting for assistance but also it's not a pleasant experience to wait anxiously in the wind... However, the room is well-equipped and clean, can't say spacious but comfy. Whether to recommend this apartment... to be honest, i am mixed...

热水不够，离火车站有点远，需要坐车，其他都挺好

It was a basic apartment which was large enough for a couple but would have been too small if you brought kids. It was located near a tram station and supermarket.

Everything was fine except, there is no AIR condition, or fan , stayed for 3 night from 29 June till 2nd of July. It was very hot couldn’t sleep well at all

Terrible place, do not stay here and I do not say this lightly. It’s unsafe! No fire alarm system at all yet has a pizza joint underneath running and stinking the place out. Walls and floors are paper thin, and attracts the noisiest clientele it appears. Flickering light out wide that is fluorescent so will be hearing the ballast up, could easy start a fire. I could go on and on with all the reasons why not to stay here but those should be enough. Never ever again. I usually don’t mind places as long as bed is comfy and shower is good but these weren’t factors sadly.

Hospedei-me em um apartamento bem localizado em Zürich, a poucos minutos da estação central e com fácil acesso ao transporte público. O check-in foi simples e autônomo, e o ambiente era silencioso e confortável, ideal para descansar após um dia de passeios. A estadia foi tranquila, segura e atendeu perfeitamente às expectativas.

Light of the sleeping room was not working. A towel was not clean, the sheets of the bed where small... Etc etc

Great communication

I am 72 years old and was traveling alone. This is my first trip to Zürich. I was very pleased with this property. It is my first time to stay in an apartment, instead of a hotel. The decor is minimalist. The bathroom was clean and functional and had a nice shower. The location is excellent, there are many walkable attractions of Zürich nearby. I always felt safe in this location. Chicken was remarkably easy and clever. Seminar, checking out was a snap.

Not even two matching cups. Minimal to No cooking utensils. Absolutely bare, no fan.

Overall, the location of this property is awesome! The room was in good condition and had everything that I would need for three nights, including a kitchenette. It is by far the best option for an affordable but great stay in central Zurich. Any time again.

Pratique et économique pour une ville chère comme Zurich

Nice stay, but parkett & the floor slipppery

The property is conveniently located in the heart of Zurich. Sound insulation between units is terrible. I slept terribly because of that as it felt like the neighbors were in the same room as me. You could hear every single noise, including normal level conversations. If you’re lucky enough not to have neighbors, then this is great (that happened on my 3rd night)

The property is conveniently located in the center of Zurich. The huge pain was the terrible sound insulation. You could hear everything happen it the adjacent units: full conversations, typing on the computer etc. I slept terribly the first two nights because of that. The neighbors were not even particularly loud, they were just going with their life and if felt like They were in the room with me.

Pas de télé pendant 2 jours malgré ma réclamation, pas d’eau chaude le dernier jour. Au lieu d’excuses ou réduction de prix seule réponse: nous le signalerons au technicien. Niveau 0 de la relation client et même si le tarif est bas le compte n’y est pas !!!
