Tres bon acceuil. Des gens sympathiques et cordiaux qui ont deq valeurs. Une superbe experience à recommander. Petit dejeuner "fait maison" tres apprécié.

Booked this hotel via the Wotif app and the room was clean and looked exactly as advertised but the listing itself was misleading. This listing does not state that this hotel is situated in someone’s house and that you have to walk through the owner’s personal living space and belongings to access the room. There is no front desk as all dealing were done in the host’s kitchen. There was no bar/lounge unless you joined the host and their family on the couch in their living room which would’ve felt a bit odd and intrusive. There was no tea/coffee making facilities/fridge apart from those in the host’s own kitchen but as a guest it felt a bit uncomfortable to access these. Having a seperate kettle and small fridge in the room would’ve been a nice amenity. Upon arrival we parked in the wrong parking spot as the one outside the property was already taken and were told to move immediately; for future bookings I’d recommend clearly stating which park you’d like guests to park in to avoid an unpleasant first meeting. The host did recommend we take off our shoes in the house which was fine, but it would be nice to be given directives in advance to create a more harmonious and comfortable entry. Had we of known the circumstances that this booking was to be in someone’s shared house we would not have booked this property; as it did feel uncomfortable as if we were invading someone’s personal home. However, the room itself was clean and presentable. The owner did kindly offer to assist.

Attention! Nous sommes des retraités et des grands voyageurs Expedia Gold VIP. C’est pour la première fois que nous avons rencontré un tel mauvais place. La propriété a une seule chambre normale celle au premier étage les deux autres sont dans le grenier. Elle est assez isolé du centre ville et des centres d’achats. Difficile d’arriver aucune inscription. Nous avons réservé avec Expedia la chambre au premier étage pour 3 nuits. 24 heures avant ils nous ont changé la chambre avec une au grenier. Impossible de les contacter pour avoir des explications. Nous avons contacté Expedia qui leur ont envoyé un email pour respecter le contract. Grace à ça nous avons eu la chambre que nous avons réservé et payé d’avance. A notre arrivée nous avons eu un accueil très rude avec un liste de chose à ne pas faire : enlever le souliers à l’entrée, ne pas manger dans la chambre, ne pas boir dans la chambre,etc. On se croirait dans un Musée !!! Nous avons payé cash le city tax sans aucun reçu. La famille n’est pas du tout accueillante. Au contraire. A mon avis elle est dans le mauvais business. Expedia ne devrait pas faire des affaires avec cette place. Je vais les contacter. À éviter, Gabriel - Montreal - Canada

Acceuil supprenant, à peine arriver il faut enlever les chaussures avant d'effectuer les présentations. La chambre est extrêmement propre. Le petit-déjeuner est correct avec des mélanges de jus de fruit, on s'attendait à avoir des fromages et charcuterie de la région

It is hard to find the house if you use GPS. We are not allow to use microwave or anything in the kitchen. Lack of hospitality is what we feel,

Sehr schönes Zimmer, nur die Lage etwas versteckt in einer Wohnsiedlung. Frau Kelly sehr nett.

Halte d une nuit au BnB Kelly avec option repas du soir. Un accueil chaleureux et un dîner simple mais délicieux et très convivial . Chambre agréable et très propre Kelly et son mari sont des hôtes charmants.

C'est un B&B, donc logement chez le particulier (avec salle de bain individuelle). La hôte était très accueillante et un très bon cuisinière!

Siamo arrivate di sera e nonostante il navigatore abbiamo faticato moltissimo a trovarlo (neppure i vicini sapevano dov'era). Non c'era nessun cartello o indicazione. Appena entrati: ci hanno costrette a togliere le scarpe e a visitare la stanza a piedi nudi, dopo aver tolto le scarpe le prime parole della ragazzina che ci ha accolte sono state "la mamma mi ha detto che non avete pagato!!" In realta' avevamo pagato. Il terzo letto richiesto era ancora ripiegato; abbiamo chiesto di prepararcelo ma in risposta abbiamo ottenuto le indicazioni di dove trovare le lenzuola. Visto il mio disappunto mi e' stato detto che se c'erano problemi ero ancora in tempo ad andarmene!!! Data l'ora, mi sono preparata il letto. Poi e' ripresa la discussione sul pagamento, finche' ho dovuto telefonare a voi per avere conferma dell'avvenuto pagamento. Secondo me avrebbe dovuto essere la proprietaria ad informarsi visto che probabilmente era la prima volta ed era inesperta.
