Sehr schlechte Matratzen

Die Matratze war schrecklich unbequem. War in der Mitte durchgehangen. Frühstück ist nicht geniessbar, alles Tiefkühlprodukte, nichts Frisches.

Das Bad/Dusche war verschimmelt…absolut inakzeptabel. So eine Unterkunft muss man meiden!

good stay. but manager doesnot keep the position sometimes.

Ganske bra, men veldig varmt om natten. Vi hadde en vifte stående på gulvet, men den lagte mye støy. Frokosten var veldig enkel, men ok.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte. Posizione comoda per visitare Losanna. La camera è stata rinnovata da poco e ed è molto accogliente, l' unico difetto il diffusore di essenze che rilasciava una profumazione troppo forte per i miei gusti. La colazione è da migliorare.

Das Hotel liegt an der Ecke einer rel. befahrenen Strasse und der Verkehrslärm kann je nach Zimmer ziemlich laut sein

No service!!! No body at front desk offer help

sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal, schneller check In, gute Verkehrsanbindung an die Stadt. Können wir weiterempfehlen. Parken vor der Haustür, und das gratis.

Bett war zu hart. Kein Wasser im Zimmer, muss vom Wasserhahn trinken.

Soggiorno di una sola notte, confortevole, ottima pulizia, buona colazione, parcheggio gratuito di fronte, ottima posizione per l' Unil.

The customer service of few hotel workers were horrble. Some ladies really need to learn how to talk to customers. I was not offered to leave my baggage and come back for check in. I offered to leave the bags myself. Nor i was offered to wait the check in time in the lobby because people will be coming. Apparently i dont count as a person. The next day the cleaning lady who doesn't speak English and another administrator tried to kick me out because it says on her paper and i didn't hear any apologies after their mistake. The breakfast next day was not starting at 7 am and nobody told me that. Finally the next day for some reason they want to kick you out at 10 am not at 12.

Lobby sehr schön umgebaut aber Badezimmer in meinem Zimmer war noch alt und Ventilator von WC funktionierte nicht.

Great location, close to train station and restaurants. The breakfast was really appreciated, meats, yougurts, cheese, breads, fruit and great coffee. Check in was easy, the space was quiet, would happily stay here again.
