helpful reciption, nice room (my room is big,and they offer an extra bed for my 4 years old kid for free), good location (around 15 minutes by walking from train station),simple breakfast.

Very clean, comfortable stay. Spacious room, lots of closet space. The kitchenette had everything I needed including kettle, dishes, & dish soap.

Bed was very comfortable, small kitchen was great, and shower pressure was strong. Only downside is the coffee for the provided coffee machine are not refilled daily. Was a little out of the way so I’ve you not up for walking 12-15 mins to the old town but it is a very nice walk alongside the lakeside and stop for a coffee at a local stop. Number 15 tram drop off one street away from the hotel.

Eher ein altes Hotel. Keine Klimaanlage und deshalb sehr heiss im Zimmer. Preis etwas hoch für das was geboten wird.

Great amenities - plenty of coffee (reg and decaf) and tea in the room. Very nice room. Blackout blinds. Super friendly staff.

This was our second stay at Drake Longchamp. We love the location and staff are very friendly and helpful. Room spotless and lovely water pressure for bathing. Very quiet, can’t hear any noise from corridors of neighbouring rooms. It’s great having the kitchenette as we don’t have to spend money dining out. It would be even better if we were given some tea and coffee for the room.

Exterior of the hotel was being refurbished, therefore, the windows were obscured by the scaffolding. I expected better value for the price. However, it is conveniently located near the central train station and the metro. Also, many restaurant options within five minute walk. The room was quite small compared to all of the hotels we stayed at during our month long European vacation.

Staff offer upgrade the room with the same rate, but charge one day rate after checkout very upsetting

Very good hotel, staff, breakfast everything great but no AC. Fan provided was OK but would have preferred AC.

Staff were incredibly nice.

Excellent and friendly service and went above and beyond to help us with our bicycle trip. Room with kitchen was great and helped us to save money by preparing our own meals.

Greit hotell. God opplevelse totalt sett. Gode senger. Og daglig rengjøring med nye håndklær. Beliggenhet helt topp.

The property locates at the city center, very close to main rail station with the wlakinh distance.

Loved the hotel, cause it was close to the river, shops and not too far away from the bus station.I liked the fact that it had a kitchenette making it easier to cook something light. I hated the fact that the tv was just in french and not English or Italian channels.I asked the lady at the reception desk but she didn’t help at all. Stuff are friendly
