英格马特城市花园酒店

酒店地理位置方便，鄰近市中心，距離機場半小時的車程。 酒店房間夠大，特別是廁所浴室。 還很貼心贈送了一粒朱古力再床上。 酒店的早餐也不錯，如果可以更多選擇便更好。 前台職員態度很好，但餐廳職員的態度有待改善，態度惡劣的問我們要喝甚麼，還呼喝我不能用夾煙肉的夾子夾雞蛋，要求我用手拿雞蛋，太不衛生了吧。 但我在第二天看見了專門夾蛋的工具可供使用，根本是職員在第一天忘記放的，還要責怪客人，實在無語。

This hotel feels modern, has comfortable rooms and is on good tram/bus/train transport links to the city centre. There is a big shopping centre just five minutes walk away. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked brilliantly and it was possible to open our window fully to get out on a balcony. Breakfast was ok, by 9AM there wasn’t a huge choice of pastries or breads - but what remained was fine. The staff are friendly. Parking cost CH 25F a day, although there weren’t many other obvious options

The hotel was very nice, and our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, especially the breakfast staff - we were greeted, seated, and served cappuccino within a minute of arriving each morning. The included breakfast was always fresh and very good. We would love to return the next time we’re in Zurich!

Great quite location to relax. Very close to old town Zurich, Zurich HB, and Engen station.

The front desk staff is fantastic.

The room we got didn't at all look like the rooms on the web site. It is an old room, with an old bed, and an old chest, on an old carpet, with an old bath. I can only assume that they are upgrading room after room. The whole hotel seems more modern (although not truly modern). Considering that we spent a few nights before at The Home Hotel just one street over, and paid roughly the same, this was not at all satisfactory. With that said, the people at the hotel were very nice, so that is def. a positive. And perhaps, many of the other rooms are newer?

Nice neighborhood feel hotel outside of touristy areas. Convenient public transportation. Relaxing outdoor terrace for breakfast. And to top it off, they had last minute Lindt tour tickets that made our kids’ day !

This property was amazing!!! Excellent breakfast very comfortable beds nice hotel. Had a balcony and large bathroom!! This hotel was near the public transportation and was located in a quiet area. This place was excellent

Wir sind im großen und ganzen sehr zufrieden gewesen. Das Personal wahr sehr freundlich und kompetent. Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Safe und unser Zimmer war zu warm. Wir haben das Personal auf dem Zimmer angesprochen und es würde sich direkt darum gekümmert. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Einzige Minuspunkt, die Wände sind dünn. Man hört jedes kleine Geräusch vom Nachbarn.

Les espaces communs sont agréables et récents mais les chambres ont vraiment besoin d’être refaites. Le restaurant est très bien et la terrasse superbe. Personnel très gentil et disponible.

Not recommended. They show no willingness to listen to customer feedback for improvement. It could ruin the mood of your enjoyable trip. Avoiding this at all costs.

Es war einfach alles super. Problemloser,schneller,freundlicher Check in, tolles Zimmer, super nettes Personal. Das Frühstück war klasse. Absolute Empfehlung.

Good location. Within walking distance to shopping area. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Property was very nice and clean. We also ate in the restaurant downstairs and the food was excellent.

coffee maker was out of order. roof light did not work. Neither did TV controller. Due to unworkable heating system, room was so cold...
