Awesome place to stay at. i willcome back and stay here again. Great friendly staff, excellent breakfast and you get off the train into the hotel lobby literally 20m. only thing, there was no iron in the room. the rest was 10 out of 10.

Comfortable and easy access to train station interlaken west. Hotel was close to all the amenities and very walkable distance to shops

It’s a new property, everything is pretty, exactly like the pictures online. The location is perfect because it’s exactly at the train station, so it’s very convenient. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a lot of variety. The staff was friendly and eager to help with anything we needed. It was a great find and I definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is great, the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fabulous. There is not much going around in interlaken west but the train station is literally next door, so you can hop off to any where in switzerland.

The hotel is right next to the interlaken west station. All the staff were super helpful and nice.

3 star hotel that feels like a 4 star. Pros (1) Location. Connected directly to Interlaken West Train Station. Easy to get in /out of and use as a base to explore the area. (2) Great buffet breakfast- high quality and variety. (3) Clean and newer ameneties. Cons (1) A/C in my room didn’t work (blow air but not cold air) and the rooms run on the hot side if it’s facing the mountain. Was tolerable in April but would be an issue in hotter months. (2) If you are a light sleeper you can hear the train when it passes if you’re facing the mountain. I was on the 3rd floor. Surprisingly it wasn’t as loud but you can hear it. The trains do stop during the night. Overall, I would stay here again given the location.

Very good location at Interlaken

We chose to stay in Interlaken as a good central jumping off point for the region. It is literally connected to the Interlaken West train station, it could not be more convenient! The hotel is nice and fresh in the common areas, the stairs and areas around the elevators can use a fresh coat of paint. The staff is outstanding and the restaurant is good, but the staff is the real story! We weren’t crazy about our accommodation, the room was quite small especially with all the luggage we had and was facing the train which was literally right outside our window. The view was nice, but wanted a change. Knowing we needed to open the door for fresh air, we were concerned about train noise (would not have been an issue, the trains are generally whisper quiet). All that said, in the future if we return to the region, we would choose to stay in Grindelwald! No fault of the hotel and staff, but that’s the village we will pick!

The room was a Mountain View except you can see a parking lot and the train station was right next to our room so it stayed loud. The room was too hot and we had a very hard time sleeping. You can open the window but it’s almost all covered with a metal decoration so no air flow really gets in. Would not stay again. It is a nice hotel with great breakfast.

Super near the tram and clean place to stay. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!
