Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.
The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed – we felt so comfortable throughout our stay. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, always smiling, and made us feel so welcome.
The highlight of our experience was dining at Frenchy restaurant. The food was simply outstanding! Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, with so much attention to detail in every dish. The restaurant staff were just as fantastic – always warm, friendly, and attentive.
Even the little details, like the drivers who took us to the slopes, were perfect. They were punctual, friendly, and added to the overall smoothness of our stay. Everyone we encountered – from the reception team to the restaurant staff – was smiling and genuinely kind, which created such a positive atmosphere.
This was an unforgettable experience, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

Every person at this property was exceptionally friendly and helpful (Quinten in the bar and Remi as one of the drivers were both great). The extra little touches helped to make for a wonderful stay - the breakfast was great, the shuttle to and from the lifts, the ski storage, the hot tub and sauna and even the attached night club ( Thu-Sat only)! The property is convenient located to shops, restaurants, bars, market and everything that you need for a perfect stay.

Nice chalet style hotel with a nice bar. Quite overpriced though for what you get. The spa is very small and operates on a booking schedule. The breakfast is quite limited (they also charge you 14 CHF for an avocado toast). The Frenchie restaurant is very overpriced with an ambitious but underperforming menu. Also stay away from the extremely overpriced Swiss wines. Staff is friendly though. All in all, would be a good hotel if it cost half as much as it does now.
