I don’t feel welcomed by the receptionist named Aakash and the stupid design of the staircase. The location was not that good neither.

poor staff attitude

第一天住進房間的感覺就很好，原可惜離市區遠不好逛街，朋友帶我走一次，出門右轉第二街口右轉就是電車站，五站到市區，很方便，這裡是住宅區，比較不多人，不吵，晚上很安靜，比起之前住市區的飯店，後面有Bar 晚上被吵得睡不著好多了.

總體還好，滿意

The staffs are nice and helpful. Besides, the hotel is near the centre of the city. Only the car park is not convenient to find and park inside.

Overall, it is good. We had a family suite, and it was comfortable for the kids. The air conditioning did not seem to work properly, which made sleeping a big difficult as it was really warm, even with the window open. The gym was a small room, again no AC and machines could use some service. Options are limited. Breakfast was amazing. It was great for the family and lota of variety. When booking, it seemed like parking was included, but it was an additional cost that we didn't expect.

Nice stay. We (1 adult and 2 children) had a family suite on 5th floor. It was worth it and better than the airbnb we had during our 5 weeks holidays in europe. I would recommend

Very clean, beds were very comfortable, nice bathroom, staff was courteous and helpful. Over all we had a great time.

Good base for transport links, comfortable beds. Stayed 4 nights, reported to reception twice that door didn’t close properly, safe was broken and not fixed to anything and all shelves too dirty/dusty to put clothes onto, nothing was ever done about it.

Big room, perfect for the 4 of us. Good location, 20 mins walk to the train station. Near a supermarket.

Nice and clean. But they forgot put tissues . I asked by phone from the desk, at 9:50 pm. Nobody came! And next day receptionist didn't ask me about our stay!

Geräumiges und komfortables Zimmer, nettes Personal, Bushaltestelle am Hotel, so dass man schnell mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ins Stadtzentrum kommt; in wenigen Minuten Café und Restaurant sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreichbar. Kann ich weiterempfehlen.

It was clean and comfortable. Close to the bus stops. The free transport passes were great. Thought breakfast was too expensive. Got a nice cheaper breakfast from a local cafe

Bonne location a sevette, espaces salons assez grands et chambres spacieuses avec tres grand lit, cetait propre et bien insonorise entres voisins. Le probleme pour moi c'est l'equipe de nettoyage commence trop tot ils font du bruit, ils frappent a 8hr aux portes, ils parlent fort iks balancent donc il y a des efforts a faire. Il faudrait aussi ralentir le bruit des portes ds le couloir cest pt etre la raison aussi du boucan

Property right next to a bus stop that takes you to Jardin Botanique. I was traveling with 2 other adults and 1 child. Experience was good. Only issue was with getting hot water in the bath which was resolved in a minutes as it turns out we had to turn the knob farther. Overall server it’s purposed while I was on business.
