This was my 1st stay in a hostel in 33 years and I was very impressed with the facilities, the helpfulness of the staff and the quality of everything in our room and the free breakfast. We had a twin room which had the benefit of a balcony with seating and a fabulous view towards the lake. Bedding and towels were provided. My only criticism of the whole experience would be that the room was quite hot, although a helpful large fan was provided. I would certainly recommend the hostel, the staff and the free transport card to anyone wanting to stay in Geneva and not spend a fortune (this looked much nicer than more expensive but very basic hotel rooms).

公共空間寬敞，早餐還不錯，有熱牛奶、果汁、咖啡、麥片、吐司、起士、火腿、優格。
房間偏小但舒適，所處位置安靜，但離四周景點的公車都方便，而且住宿會給一張24小時免費交通卡，可以任意坐車，甚至可以坐回機場。

Chambre très bruyante à 6 manque d'oxygène élévation du gaz carbonique par les 6 occupants qui empêche de dormir , superficie de la chambre trop restreinte, des ronfleurs abominables, pas fermé l'œil de la nuit . Un individu faisait sa prière sur un tapis dans la chambre. Ceci est inacceptable vis à vis des autres occupants! Seul le petit déjeuner et le hall d'accueil était bien PLUS JAMAIS JE NE VIENDRAIS DANS CETTE ETABLISSEMENT SORDIDE!

Likte meg veldig godt på dette hostellet, jeg lå i «den gamle delen» med nydelige store vinduer, god takhøyde og komfortable køyesenger. Men gulvet knirket utrolig mye. Flott at frokost var inkludert og veldig bra service fra personalet. Anbefales!

Very nice lady in the reception, great breakfast, however, when I am try to leave my luggage until 12pm, they have to charge me for 6chf (and my check out time is 11am), just for 1hour. Because normally the reception will allowed guest to be leave their baggage free for a period of time, but not for this hostel

This hostel did the job as a safe, clean place to sleep for the night but I wouldn’t book again based on the vibe. It had a quiet, clinical atmosphere like purgatory that made it feel weird to talk to other people. The common areas were sort of spread out and fragmented, and the main area to spend time outside your room had the air of a very quiet airport gate, with spread out seating and fluorescent lights. They also have you make your own bed (in my case an upper bunkbed) which was unfortunate because I got in at 1am and others were already asleep in my room. Might be worth it if you’re going to save a lot of money.
