The staff and services are excellent, especially the Front Desk staff Ms Lira. She is very cheerful, friendly and considerate. The hotel room is out of our expectations, very warm and made us feels like at home. Location is good as well - highly recommend!!

Good place to stay, only a bit noise at night.

The location is nearby the train main train station Zurich HB but need to take tram with around 7 stops. Valuable price with comfortable design room, it's good for business trip. The room is tidy. The staff always with smile and helpful. A good experience of my business trip.

Great server and room but location is a little bit difficult to find

The hotel located outside the town center, but buses and trams were frequent. So it won't be a problem to reach the major attraction in Zurich. However, it was located near the railroad. You should expect noise of trains when you stay there. The room was big and clean. However, the facilities were insufficient. Lightning system was not good, we could hardly read at night. The ventilation was not good as well, especially in hot summer time. We suggested to installed more lamps and fans in the room. It is quite good for a room having a kitchen, however, cooking utensils were insufficient. There were no towels or gloves to hold hot plate. There was an oven but there was not suitable plates for roasting. The bowls and plates were oily and we had to wash them before use.

Nice hotel in the mountains of Lausanne close to the lake, good parking, pleasant room and ok breakfast all included.

Das Erreichen und Eintreten in das Hotel war auch Spätabends, nach dem Schliessen der Rezeption einfach und ausführlich angegeben. Das Zimmer im Hof war ordentlich, bequem, und ausgesprochen ruhig. Das Frühstück lässt sich ebenfalls sehr empfehlen, und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen.

One of the best hotels I have stayed recently

Unique property, very zen-like. More modern than the exterior shows. Rooms are small, but very clean.

Very friendly and personal boutique hotel in a hip suburb - all in walking distance to the city centre and nature.

I was disappointed that the hotel rejected my request for a late check-out on Sunday the 3rd December. My partner underwent emergency hospital treatment so I called the hotel to suggest arriving 24 hours later - on Saturday instead of Friday. I didn't ask for a discount, but just a few hours extra on Sunday. When we checked out at 11 on Sunday, I had the impression that the hotel was half empty. Although the stay was pleasant and the staff acted within the hotel rules, I wouldn't return.
