Lovely, extremely comfortable & great central location. Family run and it shows in the excellent service & upkeep of the hotel.
One suggestion: foldable luggage racks for the rooms would be a big help!

Great location with underground parking. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff- can’t say enough about their positive attitude.
Rooms and facilities were perfect. And breakfast was superb, including custom-prepared omelettes upon request. Full and extensive cold breakfast buffet as well. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the hotel for 3 days and everything was perfect from the moment we checked in. The location is great, walk to everything. The included breakfast was delicious and all staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely. I would highly recommend!!

I feel that this hotel is a great value for Gstaad. The free spa, with a sauna and a steam room, is spacious, clean, and well-functioning. The rooms are the same. Breakfast is good, with omelets and other items available for order at no charge. The free bikes are modern and well-maintained. They will pick you up from the train station upon request. The staff are competent and friendly. The location is good - a short walk from the center of town. I'll continue to stay here.
