The service staff was great. The room was very clean. Just the amount of water in the shower was small, but overall it was a big recommendation.

I thought this was close to Zurich Airport but I was wrong. It’s 29 minutes out and 45 minutes back - traffic. Rooms are nice. It’s right by the mall so if you enjoy shopping you can walk to it.

Wir waren bereits zum 2. Mal hier. Bekamen ein Upgrade auf ein Studio. Waren auch diesmal sehr zufrieden. Besonders toll empfinde ich down Ruhe im Zimmer. Keinerlei Geräusche von der Strasse, Gang oder anderen Zimmern. Diesmal hatten wir noch Frühstück dazugebucht. Auch dieses ist sehr abwechslungsreich. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Neues modernes Gebäude, alle Annehmlichkeiten auf dem Zimmer, freundlicher Service.

Çalışanlar çok soğuk ve yardımcı olmuyorlar. Özellikle kahvaltıya yedi de indik bir grup vardi kalabalıkti asla yiyecekleri yenilemediler. Söylediğimiz halde kalmadı diyorlar. Yani açık büfe bir kahvaltinin nasıl yedi de yiyecekleri bitiyor? Ne kaldıysa ona razı olmak zorundasınız. Oda ve temizlik fena değildi. Bir daha tercih etmem. Ayrıca merkeze de çok uzak bir tramway bir de tren yapmanız gerekiyor. Oda 45-50 dk en az.

Ideally situated for shopping/travel.

Hotel situé dans une zone commerciale donc l'environnement n'est pas vraiment charmant. Notre chambre était spacieuse, les lits comfortables et la salle de bain très agreable. Le petit déjeuner pas immense mais tout ce qu'il faut.Une bonne aération de la chambre et un prix de parking moins élevé rentraient cet endroit encore mieux.

Das Hotel ist recht neuwertig. Entsprechend in sehr gutem Zustand. Leider waren einige ältere (vermutlich) pakistanische Gäste anwesend. Während des Frühstücks wurde lautstark debattiert, telefoniert und auch Video am Handy geschaut. War hoffentlich nur ein ungünstiger Zufall. Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht optimal. Es gibt zB keine Parkplätze vor dem HAus (nur gebührenpflichtige Tiefgarage), sodass man für das Check In schon im Parkverbot steht. Das Frühstück ist recht gut.

Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und groß. Allerdings sehr schmutzig. Ich habe es reklamiert und konnte in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen. Allerdings war dort der Zustand nicht viel besser. Die Türen waren beschmiert, alles war sehr staubig und fleckig. Unter dem Bett befand sich eine Rolle Toilettenpapier. Der Geruch im Zimmer war auch sehr unangenehm. Was ich hier hervorheben kann ist der Umgang der Teamleiterin an der Rezeption. Sie war sehr freundlich, verständnisvoll und ließ mich die zweite Nacht problemlos stornieren.

Gutes modernes Hotel

Reception ok. Letto e cuscino molto scomodo. Persiane fuori che non si possono aprire e non entra la luce. Carta igienica con rotolo a metà. Bagnoschiuma e gel mani quasi finito. La colazione non ne parliamo, no croissants, non c'è cambio aria, uova cotte per 2 minuti, ancora crude . Si crea un ambiente umido e maleodorante quando tante persone fanno colazione.

Clean and neat

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this hotel! It was our first trip to Switzerland and could not have been a more positive experience. The hotel itself was easy to find which is extremely helpful when in an unfamiliar country. The room was quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. It even had a small kicthen and the shower was large enough for 2 people! Certainly not like other parts of Europe. lol The rooms are specially insulated so you don't hear the other guests in their rooms and so also you don't need to worry about being too loud when you come back/are up late. There is easy parking on premises and a small market right next to it for convenience. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Such a selection. What makes this place really stand out though is the excellent staff. As American tourists who don't speak the language at times it can be difficult, but here it really did feel like home. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the lovely Alina. We will definitely be staying here in future visits.

Amazing stay at this property! Room was so clean and spacious, staff are so friendly! We enjoyed so much and will definitely recommend! Will definitely use again!!
