be very careful when u walk down from 1/F to lobby, watch out for the last step with marble & dark carpet, it's a trap. I tripped, 6 stiches, neck injury, wrist hurt, blur vision. happened 4 hours before my flight back. no further help or concern once u left hotel in ambulance. hospitality? negligence?

廁所渠口發出陣陣惡臭味不斷持續，去水慢！另到我生病，又無暖氣，服務台前客服態度冷淡。 對holiday Inn 品牌這次體驗 非常失望 。

Room is nice and clean, really close to the airport. if you have early flight recommed to stay here. This hotel also include breakfast.

除了早餐沒熱食，其他每項都不錯。

交通方便，有機埸穿梭巴士，酒店往市中心也方便。職員友善，樂於幫忙。

No breakfast provided for early flights. No shuttle service for early flights. Something that they must have forgotten to advertise. Very disappointing

My stay was just OK. The check in was easy but the staff was rushed. The room was adequate but not as clean as it could be. The bathroom sink still had “stuff” in it, the shower did not drain very quickly so I ended up standing in about 2” of water. The breakfast area was clean and very busy. Adequate food.

Laundry instructions were unclear and ended up paying an extreme amount of 67 CHF for washing just a few underwear. Insane. DO NOT DO YOUR LAUNDRY AT HOLIDAY INN!

Friendly staff, comfortable beds and decent breakfast buffet. We waited a bit more than expected for the airport shuttle but was ok. Convenient, would recommend.

Goed en net hotel, behulpzaam personeel. Goed met ov te bereiken en goed ontbijt.

First our key cards didn’t work. After they fixed them, we weren’t told that 1 card had to be placed in a slot to provide power to the room. There were no washcloths. Worse, one of the twin beds had an 18” diameter, 6” deep compressed pocket in the middle which made sleep impossible. How could housekeeping have missed it when changing sheets????

Great stay, great service, great breakfast buffet, and free train passes to get all around Geneva all from the hotel! Staff was very friendly and helpful, we had a great time.

Très rapport qualité-prix. Petit déjeuné complet et compris dans le tarif de la chambre (un gros plus) Check-in relativement long alors que nous arrivions à minuit avec deux enfants en bas âge.

One gripe: elevator room too long; location and access to trams is excellent

Good overall airport hotel. Just what you would expect.
