飯店稍微老舊一點，但整體都還不錯，有大陽台可看街景！地點也離車站不遠，可選擇搭巴士也可以步行！附近購物超級方便👍

スタッフは親切、館内清潔、駅から近くてともて便利です。ホテル周りにはレストランやカフェが沢山あり食事に困ることはありません。部屋からの眺めが最高でした。予約の際にバルコニー付きを選ぶと良いと思います。

Wonderfull

From our first greeting at reception to our farewell, everything was great.

The room I was assigned was a large-sized suite and very spacious. The bed was extremely comfy. It had an office desk by the window and a great view of the Aare River outside with two balconies. The bathroom was spacious - I wish my stay were long enough that I could utilize the jacuzzi as well. The room was quite spacious and there was more than enough storage. Very impressive room. The hotel is centrally located and very easy to walk to from the train station and to the old city.

The building of the '50s has gone a superb architectural update and interior design is oustanding. As an Architect myself that was the main reason to chose it. Did not disapoint, even though some times interior design conspires with comfort, i est lights should consider some extra general lightning. The suite is great with several windows and balconies overlooking the Aare river and the surfers "show" at The Monter wave. Mesmerizing Indeed. Staff was the lowest point. More due to a 2/3 stars hotel than a 4 Star one. And I spend over 200 nights a year touring Europe or at Manhattan at 4 or 5 hoteles. The young staff don't seem to care at all, almost never says "Guten Tag"! Not to mention the weird inmutable system to do housekeeping prioritizing the rooms left empy and not the suites!!! Anyway could not get an early check in at arrival and our room was not cleaned until 4 PM. The lady in charge shouted at us in German though I kindly told her in German that I did not speak her lamguage. Rude as well was a lady at breakfast (Silvia) that almost through the waste coffee over me and some other guest. When asked about if a could get a napking (only one for a buffet breakfast) told me: " not now, when I have time!" Almost shouting. Peharps the hotel should consider some extra waitress or anger managment talks with staff. The icing of the cake about staff was the bartender who grave us a few ice cubes in a plastic open bag with a warning:" ice is not free here"! Room for improvmen

Centrally located, very modern, lovely staff.

Tam anlamıyla mükemmel bir konaklamaydı. Personelin güler yüzü, odanın konforu, genel temizlik otele 5 yıldız vermemiz için yeterli. Aare nehrinin müthiş manzarası puanı destekleyici oldu.

Muito bom o hotel, gostamos muito!

Nice, clean hotel right on the river. We arrived late and left early so didn’t experience much of the town, but we walked to a restaurant and it did seem like it would be a very nice place to stay. Mixed reviews on the pillows from my group. If you like soft, down pillows, you’ll have the best sleep of your life. If you need some substance to support your neck, you’re going to have a problem here.

The room is small but very confortable. The Staff is very kind. Very close to the train station.

Our experience was great. Hotel has a great easy to walk location and the views from the balcony is amazing. The service was impeccable and without question the room was one of the better ones we've stayed in, very nicely appointed with a very comfortable bathroom, the Nexpresso machine gave it a nice touch. I would recommend it to anybody.

Top 3 der Hotels welches ich dieses Jahr besucht habe und das waren einige. Zimmer sind Wunderschön, sauber und die freistehende Badewanne war der absolute Wahnsinn. Habe extra 1 Nacht verlängert, da ich mich so wohl gefühlt habe. Personal ist auch sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Thun merkezinde nehrin hemen kenarında harika bir otel. Çok temiz ve konforlu. Mutlaka tavsiye ederiz.

Tolles Hotel an super Lage,sehr stilvoll eingerichtet!! Für einen längerenAufenthalt würde ich mir etwas mehr Raum wünschen. Super Mitarbeiter,alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit,von dem Empfang bis zum Nachtportier!Vielen Dank dafür!!!

Clean room, friendly staff and a fridge full of drinks and goodies resupplied when needed. Wonderful
