Good atmosphere, excellent hospitality, the cheese fondue is superb!

I had a great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, which made check-in and any questions during my stay a breeze. I especially enjoyed the morning buffet. It was delicious and offered a good variety of options. The location was also a big plus. It was just a short walk from the main station, with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

酒店地點很好，但房間隔音不是這麼好，晚上有時會聽見大街上的吵嘈聲。服務人員都滿親切的，但人手有時太少，需等上一段時間才能處理需求，能改善會更好。

Reasonable 1 night stay, room was a bit warm and we could hear some outside noise at night, but not really enough to keep us awake for too long! Breakfast was fine. Nothing to complain about, and in a good and easy to get to location.

I have stayed 7 times so I like the hotel. It’s very well located, safe and clean. My only criticism is I wish they had more hot items at breakfast

This is a reasonably priced hotel in a great location in Zurich's Old City. Only a 10 minute walk from the main train station, it is in the middle of tons of restaurants and shops, and walking distance to many cultural sites. The staff are also very nice and professional. I would stay here again.

Great location and surprisingly quiet

Amazing small boutique hotel in the heart of Zurich. Staff were very helpful even giving us an extended check out. Location is the best. Also has the most amazing restaurant that serves the best fondue’s - the line up of people waiting each evening is huge! 10/10

The hotel is in a great spot, just a quick 10 minute walk to the Duomo Cathedral. It’s not the newest place, but the cleaning staff really do a great job keeping things tidy. The best part has to be the breakfast, it’s amazing! The service in the breakfast area is super friendly, and I was totally surprised to find latte art at the buffet.

Hotel location was great, not too far from the train station and near a lot of restaurants and shops. The bathroom is slightly outdated but overall the condition of the hotel is great and so was the service.

Beautifully remodeled hotel in a great resturant/entertainment area close to the river, trams and train station. Quiet rooms with air.

It was right in the middle of everything! It was such a great location for my quick one night stay. Great restaurant on the ground floor. Traveling alone I felt safe in the area. Staff was extremely helpful and helped me arrange a shuttle back to the airport. Free drinks in a cooler was definitely a plus! Will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Fantastiskt fint boende med trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Superfin frukostbuffé och nära till centrala Palermo som ligger bara några minuters promenad bort. Tyst och lugnt område.

I arrived late at night, but still, was warmly welcomed by the young girl at reception. She provided clear information about my stay and explained that guests can help themselves to cold beverages from the lobby fridge, free of charge. This was a lovely touch. My room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel itself is located in an ideal proximity to local landmarks, shops, restaurants and public transport. Overall, an extremely pleasant stay and highly recommended to fellow travellers.
