We had a lovely balcony overlooking the road. Very small elevator. Nice and quiet courtyard. It was easy to navigate public transit from this location. There are restaurants within walking distance. There was sometimes a weird smell in our room but other than that we had a very lovely stay here.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Zimmer hatte einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Berner Innenstadt. Das Frühstück war lecker und hatte eine große und frische Auswahl.
Leider bot das Badezimmer keine Privatsspäre, da es nicht durch Wände sondern nur von gefärbten Glaswänden von dem Schlafbereich abgetrennt war. Jedes Licht ect. drang vom Badezimmer in den Hotelraum.

This does not meet the standard you would expect of a 4* hotel. The rooms are tiny, beds uncomfortable, had to lie the wrong way in bed to get reliable wifi connection and the 'bathroom' is an area of the room with an opaque plastic surround. The gym was awful - 3 pieces of equipment and the temperature of the sauna with no working AC. Pool is tiny.
Staff were lovely and super helpful, but the best thing about this hotel is the lobby.

The room was clean and offered a nice view, but that’s about it.
Everything else was disappointing, especially considering the high price...definitely not worth it.
The breakfast was of very poor quality.
This hotel definitely does not meet the standards of a 4-star establishment.
Thanks nonetheless to the reception staff, who were kind and professional
