Good hotel, pricey due to conference demands. Well maintained clean hotel in a convenient location. Good hairdryer and good hot water supply in the bathrooms. A comfortable stay.

It is a very clean and comfortable hotel. The breakfast is rich and delicious. It’s good for travelers rest.

Around 5-min walk from the Bahnhof and 10-min walk to the Geneve Plaques. With a bus stop almost right outside, the hotel can be easily accessible. The room is spacious and cosy. Just my room is facing the train station which inevitably is a bit noisy when trains pass through the station. Overall, it's a comfortable stay.

Hotel staff is very nice and helpful, room is big and clean. Only 5 mins walk from main station, you have few supermarkets nearby, location is perfect. One thing that needs to be improved --- the in-room temperature. It was 24 degree in Geneva, but the hotel got heater on and the in-room temperature could not be adjusted. You could either turn it on or off, no other options. We had to turn it off and open the windows for some cool air. Overall experience is great.

Good value and good location!

房間窗戶面對鐵路, 晚上和一大早會聽到火車經過的嘈吵聲音. 入住時服務員只提供了巴士的免費搭乘車票, 沒有明確指示如何使用和巴士路線圖, 公車站也沒明確巴士路線, 很容易搭錯巴士.

Our family stayed here passing through at the end of our vacation in France, as we flew home from Geneva. We were only at the hotel for about 12 hours, but it was clean, comfortable, and great location for travelling. We arrived by bus and we walked to the hotel. The next morning, we walked to the train station to get to the airport very easily. The hotel stay included free train tickets. We wished that the hotel had a restaurant on site as the kiddos were exhausted and just wanted to stay in. We were told that they share hotels under the same umbrella, but they were in different locations. We were able to get 2 connectiving rooms which was convenient. We didn't have time to try any hotel amenities. Overall, a great convenient and clean hotel stay for a pass-through.

Dans le cadre de la conference AI for good à Palexpo. Avvueil et conseils des employés extra, chambre parfaite, location aussi. Défis avec le réseau internet cependant, sinon j’aurais donné une note parfaite.

Basic hotel, quite old. Poor view from the bedroom looking onto rail tracks. Noise from running trains during the night is disruptive to sleep.

More 3 star than four. Small room, gym, and AC didn't work. Lobby reeks of cigarettes.
