We had very pleasant stay at Beausite hotel. Hotel staff are extremely nice. Breakfast was so yummy and we love the breakfast curry rice and the egg florentine in the jar. Even after we checked out, staff still offered guests free coffee/tea and cake from 2-6pm . Hotel is about 8 minutes walk from Interlaken West station. The room is spacious and good for 3 of us . No aircond but there is a fan provided in the room. We love this hotel!

Within walking distance of Interlaken city centre's high street. Spacious rooms. The rooms are nicely and delicately decorated. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast with an excellent selection of hot and cold dishes. The breakfast is delicious, featuring local foods, including cheese, bread, and yoghurt. Easy car parking.

地點稍遠，其他都很好....床鋪很舒服，但枕頭太軟....門口有巴士去thun，酒店送visitor card可免費搭巴士....下午又有免費tea提供，整體上都不錯

我們在2018 10/22、23 24 入住 Hotel Beausite Interlaken, 這是個很溫馨又休閑又親切的飯店，佈置相當優雅，接待人員在解說遊船及旅遊資訊相當清楚，早餐很好吃 尤其是有熱的蔬菜湯麵，對於來自台灣的我 實在太棒了，又有免費的下午茶檸檬蛋糕咖啡。 我們從西站到達，搭21號公車 只一站就到飯店旁約10公尺處下車 很方便，站名是Unterseen 21 bus 也可到東站 去少女峰，出飯店門口左轉，到大路口右轉，就會看到公車站牌（飯店會給3天免費交通卡）這是家我衷心喜愛的休閒飯店！

The hotel is near to Interlaken West station, and the surrounding enviroment is quiet and beautiful. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good .

是附近最有規模的酒店之一，質素很高，早在很美味，房間不大不少，但價格合理，距離飄零燕村只需三十分鐘路程，春天很美，大部分地區是葡萄園，相信葡萄成熟後會更有風光 。人們友善。其實酒店太大很少見到職員。

价格较贵，早餐一般，位置不错

离因特拉肯西站比较近，早餐还可以，有米饭，但是很生，看起来不像是电饭煲煮出来的。瑞士的酒店整体水平都不错的，即使差也差不到哪儿

good choice for budget travel, within walking distance to city centre

距離地鐵站約5分鐘路程，很寧靜，行10-15分鐘可到interlaken ost，那邊比較熱鬧。 房間裝潢很簡單很有家的感覺，不過太寧靜耳仔有點「宏宏」聲，要開點電視。房內有水煲很好。早餐選擇及味道也不錯。

需要留意沒有升降機，樓梯比較狹窄，上落要小心。職員態度友善，房間整體而言不錯，整潔。

酒店干净卫生，床很软，设施也齐全。下午2点到6点供应的甜点咖啡还是不错的，但是感觉性价比没有那么高，我定的是三人间238瑞郎，略贵了。酒店位置一定要看清楚，离west近，之前看错以为是ost结果拖着行李箱走过去的。

I spend 3 days in interlaken with my wife and we think this is one of the best hotel during our trip in Swiss. Good location, friendly staffs, good breakfast and nice view

距离因特拉肯西站步行约10分钟，酒店顶楼视角很好，房间高度略低，服务人员很友好，早餐不错。

everything is perfect here. recommend to stay at hotel Beausite and early awake and 9:00am move to Jungfrau is enough.No need to stay in Grindelwald with higher room rates and worse service.

Shower temperature is not stable, constantly getting cold. Air conditioner is so loud. Good breakfast. Good customer servixe

They change my room without any notice. I went to the property and even paid they don’t say to me anything regarding changing room. They gave me so far way an apertment. I was so surprise they says it’s busy time no rooms . I was so disappoint and said to them they should let me know before so I change can any other hotel. Next day they give me the room which one I choose. I was so unhappy.

I would need to be fair with Hotel Beausite. The positive things were the breakfast and some of the staff that tried to serve me well with my personal requests. However, I rated low because first there was an issue with the lights on the room. They did not work well and went off and on until an electrician came fast after my request, and made it work. The second problem was I paid and booked for two adults and one child, and the staff at the front desk did not acknowledge that on my booking, and I was asked (almost forced) to pay an extra CHF 30 for the additional adult. Although I presented all the invoices given by Expedia, the hotel never accepted my booking as I did with Expedia. This is an issue between Expedia and the hotel, and none of them was able to sort it out. They threw the ball of responsibility to each other, and I was never given back the CHF 30 for the extra adult/bed that was supposed to be included. Expedia told me that I had to call back the hotel since the extra fee was paid outside the Expedia booking and it was clear to me that if I had called the hotel, my request of reimbursement would have been turned down again since it seems the staff is well trained to dodge customers’ complaints. I witnessed other clients complaining at the front desk and the answer was "the manager is not present" (the same answer I was given to me). The hotel is good in general, but these two issues with my stay in the hotel really downgraded my review.

breakfast was good. hotel location is great. but did not have dinner
