服務，環境很好，早餐好吃

我們共待了3晚。飯店接待人員熱情大方，雖然在入住時發生一點小錯誤，但女經理的處理讓我們相當滿意。房間乾淨、安靜舒適。離策馬特車站約7分鐘步行時間，離拍攝馬特洪峰日出著名小橋約2分鐘步行時間，相當便利。客房附陽台，淋浴間水量充足，早餐具瑞士特色。附近有便利商店，購物方便!整體而言，我們相當滿意。

THis is a warm hotel, the room is warm, people is warm , breakfast is warm, the view from hotel is warm. I will stay here again if I have a chance to come again. The owner is a couple, they have a boy and a girl both under 4, they are soooo cute! The lady who checked us in was also nice and helpful. I had microwave food from COOP, she helped me to warm it and gave me back with nice presentation! The location is not near to station, but they provide shuttle, and also bus station is close by, the point is, the location is just next to best view of Matterhorn ! I love it.

酒店內部出奇地新淨和modern，老闆娘Katja極nice，會主動建議行程。極力推薦！ Inside of the hotel was surprisingly new n modern. Boss Katja was super nice. Highly recommend this hotel when u stay at Zermatt.

各方面均保持瑞士酒店服務的水準，甚至有過之而無不及，首先是當我網上訂房之後，這間酒店已主動以電郵聯絡我，亦表示樂意提供資訊，就這一點已令人感到非常滿意，在電郵聯繫中亦向我建議了如何在ZERMATT參觀，及表示當我乘坐火車時請我聯繫酒店，以便酒店派電動車接送；當退房之時酒店表示他們的車另有工作，但已安排的士給我往火車站，而收費由酒店支付；酒店免費將房間升級至可以直接觀看馬特洪峰的房間；每一名員工不論在那一個崗位，均表現非常友善的態度；這些方面，確實彌補了這一間小酒店的其他不足之處；我認為這是我瑞士之行的其中一間最優秀酒店，也非常喜歡這一間酒店。

山景房很满意

Wonderful breakfast. Comfortable rooms with a balcony. Obviously fairly recently renovated. There is no air con in the Cosy Chic room, which wasn't too much of an issue despite being August but in a heatwave it may be.

O hotel é muito bem localizado e o quarto em que ficamos era amplo e confortável. O grande diferencial, no entanto, é o atendimento: toda a equipe, das camareiras à recepção, é extremamente atenciosa, solícita e prestativa. A proprietária está sempre presente e não mede esforços para tornar a experiência dos hóspedes ainda mais agradável. Sem dúvida, super recomendamos!

The breakfast was good and all the staff were very friendly. The spa was also well-maintained. I would love to come back here. There was nothing bad and uncomfortable.

Close to everything …nice spa

Amazing hotel, close to the main street, but in a quieter area of town. The nicest people, they took care of everything for us and always did it with a smile on their face. If we ever come back to Zermat, we would stay here again.

I've been in so many great hotels in my life but this one is no doubt one of the best ones I've ever been! They were extremely kind with us. For my birthday they have prepared a table with a birthday card and decor and since we had to leave so early the next morning, they have prepared a bag with sandwiches, yogurt, fruits and drinks for the trip. We recommend this property 100% if you want to guarantee comfort, great taste in thein interior design and most important AMAZING proactive, kind and friendly staff! Thank you so much for everything! This is our favorite so far in all the hotel we stayed in Switzerland. The hotel is very chic and the room we got is really nice with a good view of Matterhorn. The room is modern and chic. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has lots of choices in comparison to the last 3 hotels we’ve been in Switzerland. I will stay at this hotel again when I come back to Zermatt

We’d an amazing stay. The room was great. Staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast each morning was really nice. When we checked out, we were dropped back to the train station. The whole experience was excellent and I’d highly recommend staying.

This hotel went beyond my expectations!! The "sky room" had the best view of the matterhorn with a balcony to enjoy it. The breakfast was wonderful with buffet And made to order options. The staff was friendly, professional, courteous and went above and beyond in helping. I cannot say enough positives about this say. I highly recommend the Hotel Bellerive. 5 stars plus!!

Nous avons passé un super séjour

Overall a very good stay. As previous commentators have noted, the breakfast is noteworthy. With the owners and family living and active on site, this is a bed and breakfast and not a hotel. This may suit some guests but not all. The rooms are well designed with a nice balcony and plenty of hanging space, though some may dislike the open bathroom arrangement. This is purely subjective. The wellness area is of high quality with a good sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, though it can be busy during peak periods. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.
