Excellent but a bit far away from the train station up the hill

Really comfortable and nice hotel with great view, also nice restaurant. Overall we had great time there.

I highly recommend this hotel to whom need to have a relaxing hotel. Although it is far ( about 20 mins bus ) to downtown, it is confortable and relax in this hotel. The view is wonderful because the hotel is just next to the Zurich lake. High class restaurant with good food in this hotel.

Overall, the property location was good. Good views. Staff was attentive. However, there were a few things which let it down. Firstly, it was not as clean as I would have hoped, the grouts were really dirty, the hot tub had stains and wouldn’t drain, the shower door was not fully closing and so water would leak out, the plugs to put our chargers in were the opposite way and our plugs simply wouldn’t fit, even with our adapter, breakfast options were very limited. Apologies for all the nitpicking but it is these elements which are key and makes a difference in a persons stay.

Adembenemend uitzicht, nagenoeg perfecte verblijf gehad. 1 minpuntje: onze kamer (design) had helaas geen airco, met 30+ graden een must.

There was no air conditioning, it was too hot. On request they did provide the fan which was dirty and noisy. It was 29 degrees at night inside the room

Excellent hotel, helpful staff and amazing b’fast with plenty of choices. Fantastic views of the lake from our room balcony.

The restaurant had great food and the hotel was nice the only problem was they did not have air conditioning so the room was hot their solution was a fan the front desk person brought us helped but didn’t make the room as comfortable as having air conditioning.

It was perfect

Amazing views and hotel. However they need to do a better job in the desk and chairs of the rooms; it is impossible to eat there if you order room service, if you want to work on your computer its imposible to sit as well. The desk is just so thin and bad and the thing they put instead of a "chair" is horrible and uncomfortable is like a thin working bench.

Excellent location, but no Airco. Need to keep the windows open, with noisy traffic at night.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Belvoir. The views were amazing (even though it was raining throughout my stay). The spa and jacuzzi facilities were great. Overall super nice experience!

The playground near the restaurant patio was great for our kids to play at while we finished eating.

Beautiful hotel and amazing spa. The views were incredible. I would have loved more options for dinner in the hotel. Our room was not cool enough, but once they brought us a fan, it felt amazing. We definitely enjoyed our stay
