Super convenient location right across the main train station, the room is small but has all amenities needed, unlimited supply of still water and sparking water, free mini bar albeit limited items. Really good value for money.

The location is excellent and just few steps next to the train station and tram station. Those staff are very friendly and nice. The room is also so comfortable that you can open the windows and let the fresh air come in.

The location of the hotel is great and very convenient. The hotel has a spacious community room at the ground floor to stay. The room space is enough for a couple. The reception staff are very great. Michael is very nice and kind staff to explain the detail of the hotel. He also made a great suggestion on a restaurant for having cheese fondue. I stayed 5 hotels during my trip and this was the best hotel I stayed

Wonderful stay at hotel Bernina! The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The room was very clean and the facilities were excellent. The room was also cleaned everyday which was appreciated. The bathroom was spacious and shower very clean. The bed was comfy and provided the perfect nights sleep. The only fault we found was with the tv being unable to stream from our phones. But with the stunning views from our window we found we didn’t much need it.

The rooms are very small even for European standards. It would have been fine for 1 person. The worst part was that AC didn’t work. I understand that AC is less in Europe, but this was practically non-functioning. I was clean, which was good.

Room was small, a bit like a college dorm room, with two single beds. No dresser or luggage jack but a bench under a 1 meter hanging shelf with six hangers. There is a very small fridge, that you’ll need to turn on upon arrival, that had two water bottles, a chocolate heart, and one beer, all of which were complimentary. The bath towels are not luxurious nor is the shampoo or soap. The hotel smells good and the staff is friendly and warm. They offer breakfast for 19 euro and have a coffee maker that cost 2 euro in the lobby. The blackout blinds in our room were inoperable and the beds were not particularly comfortable, but it is all reflective in the nightly rate. We chose the BERNINA because of its proximity to the main train station in Geneva and the fact we had a 0700 flight from the airport, which is a six minute ride away. The hotel is convenient and has a friendly staff but it is not a luxury hotel. They try hard to provide a good experience but it is a budget hotel that is immediately across the street from the train station.
