The location is good. Close to the city center. Walking time is 10 mins. The hotel is close to a meter parking lot where space is easily found. Staff is friendly. The room is small. Bathroom is small and not clean. Only 1 power socket is provided. Basin and taps not fixed. Bath drain clogged.

Very helpful staff. Hotel situated at the central area of Geneva. Our room has a kitchen which is equipped with all necessary utensils. Breakfast is basically 2 pieces of bread + hot drink + orange juice, delivered to the room every morning. We are given a free transport pass which allow us take all bus / tram / boat in Geneva during our stay. Unfortunately our room was not ready when we arrived, which is after 13:00 already. We put our luggage at the reception and had lunch outside before we could check-in to our room. Yet, we are very satisfied with the hotel and the room in general.

地处老城，非常方便。夏天有点热，有电扇，开窗有些吵。没有餐厅，但是早餐送上门。房间整体较小，淋浴间太高，从里面出来须格外小心。

We've booked a family room here. The air-conditioning room has 2 bathrooms and the room is warm and spacious. It's close to the tram station (Bel-Air) with many shops and supermarkets nearby. It's close to the attractions like flower clock and the water fountain. We enjoyed the stay very much!

Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. The bathroom is small but functional. It will be better if breakfast is served.

This stay was a stop over for us and the motel was great location, staff were lovely, clean and tidy, served the purpose.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Central. The staff were so helpful, friendly and kind. Communication was excellent in advance of my stay, they contacted me to check on my arrival time (and to share the Geneva free travel pass). When I arrived, I was welcomed by staff who spoke excellent English and had prioritised my room cleaning to make sure I was able to check in when I arrived (earlier than standard check in). The room was very clean and I appreciated the provision of a fan (it was exceptionally hot the night I stayed). It was noisy in the street, but that is expected based on the excellent central location. I appreciated the small balcony and that you could open the windows. The location is great- so convenient for everything you want in Geneva, and easy to navigate the city with the free transportation card. An excellent stay!

Nice size room in a great location! Beds were a little too firm for our comfort. Would loved to have a mini fridge and kettle in the room. Staff was very friendly and helpfull

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was fine for 1 person. I wish there had been a bit more space for clothing in the room and a bit more room for toiletries in the bathroom. But all in all,it's a quaint hotel,very centrally located,close to the Old Town, Place Bel Air, Place du Mollard, Flower Clock etc. I'll surely be back. Hilde

Personalet var virkeligt hjælpsomme. Værelset, badeværelset, sengetøj og håndklæder var rene. Men møblementet er kedelige og slidte, det mindede om et hostel

Very tiny place, but very centrally situated, fair price

indeed, there are shops nearby, but there was no AC in the room but a fan. very funny tiny bathroom! But the staff did a great job!

Enkel hotell med sentral beliggenhet.

It is in the middle of the best location, luxury stores around the place, around 2 blocks away from the river and the clock garden (L'Horloge Fleurie)

L'hotel est très bien placé au coeur du quartier commercial de Genève.
