Wie immer sind wir vom Ristorante Chartreuse in Hünibach rundum begeistert.
Schon der freundliche Empfang durch Pascal und Karin lässt uns jedes Mal ankommen und wohlfühlen. Das Hotelzimmer überzeugt mit seiner Grosszügigkeit, der makellosen Sauberkeit und der ruhigen, einladenden Atmosphäre. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine schöne Auswahl an regionalen Spezialitäten, liebevoll ergänzt durch das langjährige, herzliche Personal, das mit seiner italienischen Sprachkultur perfekt zum charmanten Ambiente passt.
Obwohl das Restaurant vollständig ausgebucht war, erhielten wir noch einen kleinen Tisch und durften als Apéro einen Franciacorta geniessen. Auch dieses Mal hat uns die Küche mit ihren kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten begeistert, ein echtes Gourmet-Highlight, das keine Wünsche offenlässt. In unseren Augen gibt es nichts, das noch besser gemacht werden könnte.
Ein grosses Dankeschön an das ganze Team! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder...

This wqs my 2nd time staying here, and there is a reason i keep coning back! It is CHARMING botique hotel, with awesome food and wine and people....you can catch the bus for free into town, and the owner is extremely helpful!

Firstly A Massive Thanks to the staff especially Atesh, the best receptionist for my whole swiss travel trip. He is fluent in multiple languages. Fun and helpful and even suggested a great restaurant with the reservation service for me and my partner. The room is large and clean. Comfortable bed. Nearby with lots of supermarkets to choose from within 3mins walking to each of them. Breakfast was great in quality but could have more dishes to offer if possible. But the food offered was very very nice indeed. I asked for scambled egg, half boiled egg and fried egg and the cook made it perfect just the way I love it. Overall Highly Recommended!

The rooms were very loud. The noise from outside the room and above the room was constant. This seemed like a restaurant that decided to add rooms above it but forgot to put any insulation in during the process.

The hotel (and restaurant) has been perfect for our sport trip in the week of Ironman Thun race.
We have had the opportunity to put the bikes inside the rooms, to use the bike corner with every tools and pump and, finally, a free shuttle in the morning race, at 5am!
About the restaurant, a great cousine with a cute service.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes ruhiges Zimmer. Modern, großzügig und sauber. Das Bett war sehr weich und für uns leider unbequem. Frühstück top, alles da. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Restaurant war auch sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
