Room Newly furnished. Clean and tidy. USB at bedside. Bathroom and shower bath excellent. However the mattress and pillow are rather flaccid. As the hotel is located at the Main Street, Rooms facing the Main Street are noisy. You must closed the doors of the balcony at night to keep away the noise. Train stations to Tasch and Gornergrat are within few minutes walking. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

酒店距離火車站步行3－5分鐘，地理位置很方便，房間應該剛剛裝修完，有很大陣木香味，但房間完全沒有冷氣，3日兩2夜住宿都要全程開窗，洗手間沖涼花洒水流極之慢，沖洗不夠2分鐘完全沒有水流出，第二天早上通知酒店職員下午待我和家人行完山到房維修，當我們回到酒店實在太熱，所以立即沖洗，之後通知酒店職員今天不用維修，因為明天會離開，但維修員仍然上門硬要處理，理由是明天有其它工作要做，真讓人费解。

Quarto novo, sacada grande mas sem vista, ótima localização, ao lado da estação, na rua principal. Café da manhã com pouco opção, ovos mexidos servidos frio, com pouca reposição, sem opção de bacon. Pouca opção de comida. Recepcionista muito agradável e solicita, nos deu uma dica sobre a conversão do cartão que nenhuma outra pessoa tinha falado.

There was a view of the Matterhorn which was spectacular. Enjoyed the restaurant on the premises, food was delicious. Was within walking distance from train station which was a plus. Accommodations were great. Wish we had more time in Switzerland to explore more.

We had a lovely stay. We were also upgraded with no extra charge to us. The reception was outstanding, service and food excellent. Fantastic breakfast too. The room was new, clean and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Very nice remodeled hotel in a perfect location. The room was clean and quiet with the windows closed. Darling patio. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. This is an easy walk to the train station. I would highly recommend this place. The only downside was the restaurant. The waitress was very rude which surprised me. She doesn't care about her job at all. It was my worst experience in Switzerland. The breakfast was awful.

Oppholdet på hotellet i Zermatt var rett og slett upåklagelig! Hotellets standard er svært høy, og betjeningens serviceinnstilling var helt topp – alltid hjelpsomme og imøtekommende. Byen og omgivelsene i Zermatt er helt nydelige, med fantastisk natur som ramme. Anbefaler dette hotellet på det sterkeste!

駅から徒歩5分ぐらいでショッピングにも最適
お部屋も改装されていてとても清潔できれいでした。
夕食もホテルのレストランは割引になっていて
朝食も美味しかったです。
メインの通り沿いにバルコニーがあるので
ちょっと賑やかではあります。
バルコニーからの雰囲気もとてもよかったです。
また、ツェルマットに訪れたら宿泊したいです。

Very quaint hotel in an extremely central location. Only a few minutes walk from the railway station and situated on the main street in Zermatt.
The rooms were spacious and appeared to be recently modernised. The rest of the hotel however, looks a little bit dated.
