We chose the Hotel Derby because it had received good reviews and it was in close proximity to the Zermatt railway station.
As it turned out it was very cosy in a cabin style. We liked it a lot. Super hot bath.
We ate there in the evening and received a 15% discount as a resident.
We only had time for a quick breakfast in the morning but it was fine.
My only criticism was with the pillow which I found to be too soft, but that is just a matter of preference.

Room Newly furnished. Clean and tidy. USB at bedside. Bathroom and shower bath excellent. However the mattress and pillow are rather flaccid. As the hotel is located at the Main Street, Rooms facing the Main Street are noisy. You must closed the doors of the balcony at night to keep away the noise. Train stations to Tasch and Gornergrat are within few minutes walking. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

酒店距離火車站步行3－5分鐘，地理位置很方便，房間應該剛剛裝修完，有很大陣木香味，但房間完全沒有冷氣，3日兩2夜住宿都要全程開窗，洗手間沖涼花洒水流極之慢，沖洗不夠2分鐘完全沒有水流出，第二天早上通知酒店職員下午待我和家人行完山到房維修，當我們回到酒店實在太熱，所以立即沖洗，之後通知酒店職員今天不用維修，因為明天會離開，但維修員仍然上門硬要處理，理由是明天有其它工作要做，真讓人费解。

Quarto novo, sacada grande mas sem vista, ótima localização, ao lado da estação, na rua principal. Café da manhã com pouco opção, ovos mexidos servidos frio, com pouca reposição, sem opção de bacon.
