不值得四星等級，check-out後寄放行李只能放五個小時，感覺很差。附近的公車站牌只有一種車次，半小時才一班，交通沒有想像的方便

Nice location and good service

The hotel is close to Interlaken ost station, it takes 10-min walk to reach main street and restaurants. My triple room is spacious. You will hear the ringing of church bell even at midnight, but even so, my family could sleep well.

Everything is fine but a bit noisy at night as no air conditioner in this hotel and need to open windows at night. Noise from bars, restaurants and church nearby may affect sleeping

A normal hotel, but it doesn't worth a 4* star hotel.

All great except TV size and resolution.

Half of the hotel is in renovation progress. Good location, nice and friendly staffs... since we stays in the best and biggest room (suite), the overall condition is well acceptable. The only complaint is the noise from the church bell in the mid night. It is annoying!!

早餐很好，房間乾淨舒服，交通便利。

Service is good. And it is the first and only where provides fruits and chocolates in the lobby of many hotels I have stayed in Switzerland.

The room is not clean enough, especially the toilet. The washbasin is plugged up and I can see there is some stains on the curtain. But the apartment is quiet near to the train station and the location is quite good.

房間乾淨明亮又有陽台 , 服務態度佳 , 位於車站跟市中心中間 , 地點佳 !

廁所抽風系統不足及有些陳舊，房間算大，地點方便。

離車站約走路五~十分鐘即可到達,房間很大,可以打開2個大行李箱後還有走動的空間, 大廳有提供水果可吃,有小陽台可看窗外風景,值得入住。

room not memorable...acceptable

第一日去到WI-FI有問題未能上網，向職員反映只叫我試多幾次。最後要到大堂先上到網。第二日就汲有間題。

Excellent property and very great spot in the middle of the town!

Not flexible on any late check out, only asked for 30 minutes.

The room is not an actual room : on the side of the property . The pictures and rooms advertised on the website are legit but the room given to us was none of their real hotel rooms. This is a false advertising and when confronted they were not helpful. Room didn’t have air conditioning either we couldn’t breath at night we couldn’t sleep and too late to leave in the middle of the night . We realized we have no choice but wait till morning to leave. Breakfast was also terrible . The buffet was minimal and ridiculous. They had signs on the walls to not take food . A room for almost $600 staying on the side walk would have been more convenient. The bathrooms had no air and smelled awful . They need to be reported and fined to put customers at danger while staying there. This hotel is in violation .
