Staff are very nice and helpful. The location is great. Walking distance to the Geneva lake and restaurant shops supermarket are all so close and convenient. Even to the center of the city is walkable.

their room is kind of out of date. elevator is very small . Toilet has minor water leaking and blind /curtain can not fullyt block the sun. BUt, breakfast is very good.

Very nice staff and a clean hotel in a good location. The only problem for us was the noise you can hear from adjoining rooms. Ours had a connecting door and it doesnt leave much to the imagination. Overall a nice hotel outside of this.

Very themed hotel like an Austrian ski chalet. Good sized room, clean and well appointed, Location was central if not the greatest view and area around, seemed a little rough. Breakfast was average as was dinner restaurant onsite.
