We stayed here for 1 night in December. The hotel is in a great location, beautifully decorated and rooms are great. The reception lady was really helpful and gave us a map and showed us where everything was. Breakfast was great too, lots of choice. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel was nice. Staff were friendly. Only downside was the whole hotel smelt of cheese. I understand that the restaurant is attached to the hotel but something needs improving as its not nice to smell it in your room and hallways.

overall experience at this hotel was good although had a problem with the heating in the room temp was set at 26 and it was blowing out cold air and myself and my daughter were cold . Spoke to reception and they gave us a radiator that we could plug in and heat the room on the second night . On occasion there was a lot of noise from cars / motorbikes and people outside at night as our room was at the front of the hotel .

O check in foi ótimo e o atendimento atencioso. Porém, o quarto não era bom. Apesar de espaçoso, o banheiro tinha mal cheiro e o quarto tinha uma porta que conectava a um outro quarto ao lado, tirando a privacidade porque se ouvia tudo do outro quarto. Incompatível para um hotel 4 estrelas.

Well this was an incredible stay!
A really nice hotel at the heart of Geneva with out the price tag!
I got everything I was promised, and truly felt like a regular even though I had never been before.
I highly recommend a stay here, it is sensational.
The added little perks and touches only made the stay more fantastic!
