I arrived early at 9:00am in a cold morning. The reception warmly welcome me and gave me my room right away at no extra cost. I wanted a electrical kettle (which is not provided in the room), again the reception arranged for me in just 10 min. The customer service is surprisedly good.

Lovely property close to the limmat River. Room was perfect for a single guest and beautifully decorated. Bathroom had good fittings and good shower. No Aircon but they provided a fan. I took the duvet off and used just the cover as a blanket.

Everything was great. Staff was very friendly and had some good restaurant recommendations.

Great hotel and great location

We were satisfied with the hotel room facilities, but there was an accident. The circuit breaker of our room tripped around 10 pm. Front desk was already closed. I couldn't get through on the phone. The hotel was final accommodation for our trip, so we were so sad.

家族旅行で2泊利用させてもらいました。冷蔵庫がないのは不便でしたが、素敵な内装の可愛いホテルで、近隣にレストランやスーパーやコーヒーショップもたくさんあり、駅からも湖からも近くて良かったです。ベッドのマットレスが厚みがあり床からの高さがあるため落ちないように気をつけて寝る必要がありました。

Absolutely great location and easy access to everything. Loved the facility and its charming neighborhood and proximity to lake Zurich. Will recommend highly.

It was not as good how it looked on the picture. Reception area was like restaurant reception and everything was so small.

Everything was lovely and we had a great stay. However they do not have air conditioning.

Friendly and professional staff. Clean property with character. Fantastic breakfast, comfortable bed (very high!) and great location. Only negative experienced was the chandelier rattled with upstairs guests movements.

I was very disappointed with the hotel during my stay. The room was not pleasant, it was quite dark and the shades created a weird orange color in the room, the room did not have proper air conditioning but rather a fan, the reception closed in the night and there was no staff available to help, in the morning I asked for a dental kit and they had run out, and the breakfast buffet was very simple and not good quality ingredients. I would understand all this from a three star hotel but not a four star hotel at a considerable cost. I would not recommend anyone to stay here except with the simplest expectations, and I certainly did not enjoy my stay.

An amazing spot, just around the corner from the lake. Dont expect a cold room in the summer as we got there and the room did not have AC. Another note is that we ended up missing dinner one night because the kitchen closed early. Be there before 930 if you want food

It's located in a very convenient place. Close to the lake, restaurants, and shopping.
