The staffs were nice and helpful. Hotel provided some light foods, fruit , drinks for guests for free. Breakfast was good. There was a restaurant down hill, guest can have 20% off in dinner time. I would like to stay here again.

Had a bit of a hard time getting on the right road to access the hotel. Once there the room and staff were great. In fact in the morning there were 2 buses of people who overwhelmed the breakfast area, literally taking all the food as soon as it came out, leaving nothing for other guests who were not willing to be so pushy. The poor cook and staff were in tears but did an excellent job holding it together. They tried to accommodate those of us not with the foreign travelers on the busses. It was the craziest behavior of people at a breakfast buffet we have ever seen. The staff was excellent in such a weird frenzy.

Did not have slippers, kettle, or iron accessible in unit. Double room booked with twin beds however found out that the twin beds were attached so not quite "twin" beds. Expected them to be separated. Average hotel with average continental breakfast

My family and I stayed here for a few nights and we really loved it! It is more of a remote location so plan to walk to certain stations for transportation (~15 min) but they have everything necessary nearby (gas station, bistro/deli, small resturant, fast food, etc.) The room was small but cozy and comfortable and the staff were kind and helpful! The breakfast is fantastic and free every day from select hours and all around us are gorgeous nature views and paths! The bathroom wasn't bad but be careful of water spilling out of the tub - really that's are main compliant but others we had a lovely time, thanks to the staff at Hotel Grauholz!

Un acierto la elección aunque este a las afueras de Berna, hotel muy cómodo, tranquilo y limpio. En el hall hay un coffee que incluye agua, zumo, infusiones y café las 24 hrs. El desayuno es sencillo, pero adecuado con todo lo necesario para salir con las pilas cangadas.

Hotel was busy, but most staff were friendly, room had plenty of room along with bathroom. A good alternative to bigger city accommodation.

The hotel is modern and in a convenient location. However, it does not have true air conditioning as advertised. AC units are present in the rooms, but they do not actually cool. They are merely fans for ventilation. When I asked about this at the front desk, the clerk says they are not like "American air conditioners". Fortunately the temperatures were only in the 70s during the day. But the room was still a little uncomfortable at night.

Good hotel except for the heat wave that the country was experiencing. The A/c in the rooms were not able to sufficiently cool the rooms

Booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 4 kids. Both rooms only had beds for 3 people. When we asked about it, staff advised that the extra bed was broken. One of our kids had to sleep on the floor and one had to use the bench as a bed. Hotel was understaffed (only one staff) and AC was broken in one room.

The free lounge was comfortable and the bath shower was great.

Very good place, fully recommended. It is just outside the City hence public transport might be limited.

The air conditioner do not work and hotel staff acknowledged it too and don’t know when it will be repaired which is why i have a low rating on comfort. They could have at least provide a fan and it was not offered.

This hotel would be fine in cooler temperatures but it was so hot in our rooms that it was very difficult to sleep at all. There are air conditioning units in the rooms but they did not cool things down much at all. You can open windows at night but this hotel is right off the freeway so it's got a lot of road noise. It was a high price too for the lack of sleep we had. The front desk staff were really nice, there were drinks available all the time which was great, and the hotel rooms we were in were clean.

Hotel molto comodo.

Quarto muito bom, café da manhã bem servido. Agora é preciso muita atenção para chegar ao hotel. Não há outra forma senão pela A1. Eu me perdi muito para chegar.
