加戈霍夫酒店

雖然離火車站有點距離 但進出有接駁車還算方便 我們10點多就到了 飯店也立刻讓我們辦入住 真是太佛心了 飯店很乾凈 床跟棉被都超舒服 走廊有天然的木頭香免飛早餐也很好吃 下次如果有機會再來策馬特ㄧ定會再來這裡住

Services provided by the staffs are very good. The facilities are new and in good condition. Since it is hot in summer time, down quilt is not conformable. The meals (breakfast and dinner) in the hotel are good.

非常漂亮的酒店，非常漂亮的地方

Marvellous stay in the hotel! Friendly and helpful staff, quiet environment, room at good condition, stunning view for Matterhorn view room. And luckily no neighbours smoking during the stay. Just slightly far away from the train station. But walking distance to the Bahnhof street (the shopping area) and some cable car stations. Btw, thanks for the drivers introducing the city to us. All in all, a good stay in Zermatt!

雖然是2樓，但還是可以非常清楚地在早上看到黃金馬特洪峰，在房間中就可以縮時攝影，不需要到外面的拍照點，非常美麗。早餐好吃，晚餐也很美味(有沙拉吧)，唯一可以拿來說的就只有離火車站稍遠(走路快些約12分鐘，有小坡)，但是走遠一點就是為了看馬特洪峰

The front desk reception is warm and thoughtful, other staff are also nice, the room is clean and tidy.

The hotel is a bit away from the main crowds of hotels and tourist hot spots, so it makes the whole environment even more tranquil and lovely. We love everything in this hotel, especially the staff. They are so welcoming and helpful. I really enjoy my stay at this lovely furnished place.

櫃檯接待人員很熱情，房間很大，陽台可以看到馬特洪峰，離看日出的橋走路約5分鐘，到主街上也很方便。距離火車站步行約15分鐘，但飯店有提供免費行李接駁車，可以事先告知抵達時間或到車站的時候打電話告知，非常方便！

The hotel located nearby the train station. Staff are nice and wiling to provide suggestion. Room ready right before we arrived which is a bonus. Terrance located on common area with great view of mountain Eiger. We had great time and enjoyed the stay. If I must complain, the only thing I thought of is wifi, it works with mobile but no on laptop.

Not close to station but they offer 2 times of pick-up service to railway station

The hotel is quite far away from Zermatt station, strongly recommend to arrange shuttle bus pick-up, plus there is a staircase going up to hotel reception, the way to hotel is really exhausted if you are carrying heavy luggage a. Breakfast is so impressive! Room is decent and I like the lighting, toilet looks a bit old but very clean. It’s better to have a fridge. My room has a view facing Matterhorn and we enjoyed the stay very much! Thanks to Family Perren !

與馬特洪峰距離超近，我的房間位於4樓，景觀視野非常好，距離車站步行約10分鐘，不過有晚上9點前抵達可提供免費接駁，離開也有提供，早餐也不錯

Quite a lot way from rail. Can see matterhorn from the hotel.

We stayed at there for two nights and the hotel staff members are very helpful.

這是一間很舒適的旅館，有提供車站接送服務需要先預約。環境乾淨，櫃檯人員友善。 這次預定有包含晚餐，可以體驗當地瑞士菜，對台灣人來說有點鹹了，其他一切都很棒！有機會去瑞士會再去這家旅館住宿

This hotel is the best one we have stayed in Zermatt. It is not so close the train station, but with free shuttle service it is not a problem at all. The room is really good, quite, and clean, and with comparative inexpensive price. The dinner and breakfast was also really good. I would choose it again if I visit Zermatt.

Remember use their free shuttle between train station and hotel. Otherwise need to wAlk around 15 mins. Friendly staffs and nice breakfast. Would love to visit again.
