It's really terrible experience ever, the receptionist is rude(male), the bed have food here, the pillow dirty and have hair, I can see they definitely didn't clean up the bed. It's really disgusting and totally not worth 4 stars.

The hotel has a beautiful view of Lake Geneva and a convenient location to access the small towns and wineries in Lavaux. Across the street is a train stop and a walking path along the lake that takes you to a park with easy lake access for swimming. The room was clean and comfortable and reasonably priced.

Indoor parking for the motorbikes is a big bonus.
Lake view with adjustable blinds kept the room cool.

호수 뷰 객실로 예약했는데 2층이라 나무에 가려 호수를 잘 보지 못했어요. 방이 더운데도 1층 에어콘 팬 소리와 열기가 올라 창문을 열어 놓지도 못했어요. 에어콘을 켜놓고 몇 시간이 지나도 시원해지지 않아 호텔프론트에 말했더니 남자 직원들 두 명 모두 예의 없고 성의 없이 답변했고 선풍기를 가져다 주었는데 전혀 시원한 바람이 안나오는 고장난 선풍기였어요. 최악의 호텔이예요. 절대로 가지 마세요.

Great location! For those traveling by train, it is a 5 min walk from the Epesses train stop. From that train stop, there is access to a beach within 1 min. Since suits were optional that day, my young girls and I walked 10 min west to a grassy, shady beach area being used by many locals. It is a rocky beach and recommend water shoes. Just to the side of the hotel is a trail you can walk up along the vineyards. We enjoyed watching the sunset from this vantage point, although the hotel does offer a rooftop terrace to do so as well. The restaurant was great for dinner! The hotel is along a busy road. Our room faced the vineyard wall, which was fine with us. Since we were there during some extreme heat, we greatly appreciated the air conditioning!
The beds and pillows were great! No noise issues. Some minor building wear was visible, but easy to look past given the price point, location, safety and cleanliness!

The rooms are good sized with large balconies and fantastic views of the lake. They offer all the necessities like a refrigerator, a small safe, instant coffee, and an electric kettle
The restaurant dinner options are good; breakfast is somewhat limited but tasty
Besides the view of the lake, the real highlight of this property is that it’s only a 10 minute walk to a very nice pebbled beach with a charming bar and Café. The beach opens onto a sheltered Cove that is great for families with small children and there’s also a platform for sunning and diving.

The view from the lake-facing room was amazing! Our room was comfortable and clean; the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is walking distance from two train stations, Epesses and Cully, with great rail connections.
The road and railway traffic is pretty noisy and constant. Parking is limited.
Overall a great place to stay, with easy connections/drive to Lausanne, Vevey, Montreux and Geneva.

Chambre basique et propre, environnement calme.
Le lit était cependant assez bruyant à cause des ressorts. Les serviettes étaient très fines et de petite taille.
Concernant le petit-déjeuner, lorsque nous sommes arrivés vers 9 h, beaucoup de choses étaient déjà vides et peu réapprovisionnées. Le choix était assez limité et peu varié.
