奥伯兰酒店

总体来说这是一家不错的家庭旅馆，老板员工比较客气，但是我们入住时遇到了小小的不愉快，我们预订了2间双人间及1间三人间各2天，结果到达时酒店说网站只预订了各一间，另外一间只能安排到其他宾馆，电话30多分钟与网站沟通的结果依然如此，不知道是网站的原因还是酒店的原因。

除了沒有電梯要扛巨大行李上下樓梯很辛苦之外，飯店什麼都很好。包括餐廳食物也非常美味。

這是相隔2年後我再次入住的飯店, 飯店整體上都算不錯, 但是有位男性服務人員 態度不佳, 2 年前我們入住的時後, 這位男性服務人員就很嚴肅的告訴我們房間內 不可吃泡麵, 但是飯店其他女性服務人員並未如此要求, 且態度親切 相隔2年, 5 月底我們一行15人再次入住, 由於半夜同行友人肚子餓, 因此 到分配在格隔鄰築物的另一友人房間吃泡麵, 這時飯店這位男性服務人員, 竟然如幽靈般, 躲在路邊陰暗處, 然後突然冒出來告訴想吃泡麵的同行友人, 不可吃泡麵 這家飯店因為這位男性服務人員, 因此被我們一行列為以後拒絕入住, 另外也提醒 其他想入住此飯店的人千萬別在房間內吃泡麵

The hotel is in a very convenient and beautiful location, which makes it a good choice if you want easy access to the surroundings. The staff were very kind and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. However, the overall condition of the hotel could use some improvement. My room had a humid smell, so I often had to keep the window open, but that made the room quite cold. The breakfast was unfortunately below average, and given that it’s a 2-star hotel, I wasn’t expecting luxury, but the price felt quite high—likely because of the location. If you are booking mainly for the location, this place serves the purpose well. But if you are particular about hotel comfort and amenities, you may want to consider another option or even stay in Wengen.

Great place and great location!

Amazing location and an even better price. I had a single room and it was very small, but it was clean, everything worked and I had an incredible view out my window. The other reviews that mention flies at breakfast aren't wrong, but this is a dairy region. There are flies all over. It isn't a disaster, but if this is going to wreck your trip maybe stay in Interlaken.

This is truly a 2-star hotel with virtually no amenities — no tea, coffee, or basic comforts in the room. The balcony is shared across the entire floor, meaning other guests can walk directly outside your room, which felt intrusive. Unfortunately, some very noisy guests lingered on the balcony for long periods, disrupting the stay. The restaurant was a big letdown. There were flies everywhere, including on the food, which was quite off-putting and left me genuinely concerned about hygiene. It’s unacceptable, especially given how expensive it is to stay here. It seems the hotel puts in minimal effort, likely relying on the limited nearby accommodation options. Overall, not worth the high price — disappointing and unhygienic.

The Hotel Oberland was the perfect place to stay in Lauterbrunnen. We stayed here on the recommendation of Rick Steves and it was perfect for our three days. We stayed across the street in like a mini apartment down the steps towards the back of the building. We had plenty of space with 2 beds, a kitchenette, stove top, microwave and refrigerator. The Coop grocery was a 5 minute walk down the road if we needed anything. The room was extremely clean, warm and plenty of space to move around. The women at the reception desk, especially Milka and Sundra were great. They spoke English very well and were helpful with any question we had about transportation and recommendations on what to eat or how we should spend some of our days in the city. They were both amazing. It was extremely helpful that our hotel had breakfast everyday for all the guests. They had a selection of fruit, cold meats and cheeses, hard boiled eggs, a delicious bread assortment, cereals, porridge and an amazing coffee maker. I would stay here again if I was in the area. You are close to the bus station and a nice 40 minute easy walk to Trummelbach Falls and right down the street from Staubbach Falls. You are truly right in the middle of everything and you can hear the bells from the cows which is such a serene experience in itself.

Ich habe mich in dem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt :-) Der Service war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das angebotene Menü im Restaurant oben war auch sehr lecker. Zum Frühstück gab es alles, was das Herz nur begehrt und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und ordentlich. Auch Parkplätze gab es genug und die Anbindung zur Bahn oder zum Bus war super. Für den günstigen Preis mehr als perfekt für mich. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen und werde bei einem weiteren Besuch in Lauterbrunnen wieder das Hotel buchen!
