Well the location is good and reception is good. Breakfast at the normal level but they didn’t provide me clean towel at my second night. I’ve asked it and housekeeping didn’t take away the wet towel at my sink. The rest is fine.

Hôtel luxueux où le personnel est au petit soin . Matelas King size super confortable, chambre style baroque très joli , propre et bien équipé. Emplacement idéal. Genève est magnifique.

Dejligt centralt hotel med god service samt valet og parkeringskælder. Stort værelse med badeværelse i pæn stand. Vores værelse havde en sovesofa som var meget slidt og næsten ubrugelig. Værelset kunne generelt godt bruge en update på standen men der manglede ikke noget. Rengøring var desværre ikke tilfredsstillende: Da vi kom var der hår flere steder på værelset og endnu flere på badeværelset - rengøringen kom (dog uforstående) med det samme men det var ikke fjernet da vi kom tilbage.

Très bel hôtel. Très bien situé. Personnel très agréable, gentil et très serviable. Literie confortable, beau buffet de petit déjeuner

Close to train station.

The services of the hotel were by far lower than we expected. Especially the arrogant attitude of the staff when we asked the cleanup service was terrible. The whole experience in Geneva was wonderful expect for the hotel experience. I sincerely not recommend staying this hotel to my friends. Such a shame.

The hotel is a bit dated but it nevertheless had (minimal) air con during an active heat wave. The staff also proactively offered an additional fan, slippers, and ice. This hotel set high expectations for our following hotels across the country, which none of them lived up to.

Very central location next to main Geneva train line . 7 mins train ride to airport . Hotel staff was very courteous and ready to help Just one comment that breakfast time was told as 6:30 am but they opened at 7 , but they correct it subsequently

Fantastic stay close to everything. Such a wonderful hotel and walkable to what ever we needed.

Hotel was quite good. Had upper level room to start that was quite hot. They were quick to bring a fan but it didn’t help enough. They then found us another room on lower floor which was great. Appreciate the responsiveness! We would stay here again

Overall ok

Hotel Royale was an amazing experience. They were so warm and welcoming and the room was so quaint and cute. It was romantic attire and it was really nice. They have a beautiful bar and lounge and the best part is that you can walk right out your front door and be right there in downtown Geneva!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars – Pleasantly Surprised! I was honestly blown away by how incredible this hotel was—especially for the price! The room was absolutely gorgeous: spacious, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, with fantastic water pressure in the shower that made it feel like a luxury spa. The bath towels were impressively large and plush—such a nice touch you don’t always get, even at more expensive places. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and their warm, accommodating attitude really stood out. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised at how much value we got for such an affordable rate. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation!

Nice hotel. Good area

The room did not meet expectations and looked nothing like the pictures. At check-in, I was asked if I wanted to upgrade, but when I mentioned I am an Expedia VIP member, I was told no better rooms were available.
