乾淨，房間小但是非常實用桌子大好用，且咖啡茶備品齊全。最重要是地點太好了。

Arrived late and reception insisted that my room type is a double instead of a twin, only to realise he made a mistake and apologised because he had a long day. Quite difficult to move luggage to the room as there are steps to get to the elevator. Elevators are very small. Bathroom is constantly wet due to the design of the shower. There is no fridge in the room. Very limited amenities. And the TV did not work at all during our stay. You are not able to control the temperature within the room as there is no thermostat. Internet is quite slow. Location of the hotel is only the good part of the stay as it’s closed to many restaurants, to the city centre and also to Zurich HB.

房間整潔度偏差，浴室有肉眼可見的污漬，夜間浴室有多次怪聲傳出，不清楚是否隔壁聲音或水管阻塞的聲音。 好處是員工有禮樂於幫助我們，地點算是不錯，離車站10多分鐘路程。

Clean and tidy property which was in a central location and offered a fantastic breakfast. The period we stayed was very hot so not having air conditioning was not ideal.

I love that it is right next to the central library. Even on weekends I saw people studying or reading in the library. Although a few homeless or drunk people near the library at night , they were pretty quiet. Close and Safe to walk everywhere. For my room I could see ETH from my window - so nice and quiet. Enjoyed my stay here very much.

Beautiful hotel in a great area. Room was nice, but somewhat stuffy.

Hotel is very nice and in a great location. They did offer parking in their garage underground. Can park temporarily in front of the entrance but requires a key and/or a remote to access the garage anytime you leave or come back. Some of the staff was helpful, providing extra waters when asked. However we did have a few issues. It was not recorded correctly which room we were in. So, another guest was given the key to our room and entered at 11:30pm. Reception then called up and offered no apologies and was acting irritated as if it was our fault we were in the wrong room. Then the following day we were accidentally checked out, and our keys were deactivated even though we were still booked for another day.

In the middle of Old Town Zürich, very walkable.

The hotel was wonderful…the location is not far from the train station…we took a short taxi ride…the room was spacious, clean and the bed extremely comfortable. this is a great place to stay!

Hotel was perfect I will return for sure. Great location, comfortable and clean. I stayed close to 1 week.

Sleepless night. Plenty of mosquitoes. No a/c. Super tight rooms. We are a family of 6 adults that rented 3 rooms. There’s only 3 rooms on each floor that face the back of the building. We received all three back facing rooms and they couldn’t even change one room for us to face the street.

Good area with good options to eat

Nice location, but super tiny room, can hardly make a turn. The staff at front desk was not very helpful. I waited like 15 minutes to have someone came out. I don't understand why there is no people at reception. The sound insulation is poor, you can hear everything on the hallway and your neighbors from all direction. Super expensive hotel with poor condition.
