Wonderful hotel with lovely staff, special mention to the very helpful and charming guy who assisted us during breakfast, keep up the brilliant work. Pls know though that they don’t have AC only a small fan in the room, was quite warm esp during hot summer.

Central and great location - short walking distance to marina, beach, restaurants, and public pool that overlooks Lake Thun. The hotel shares an outdoor garden space with neighboring hotel, and it is a great experience to sit in the lounge chairs and enjoy the beautiful views which overlook the lake and marina below.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very eco conscious and more minimal with amenities but the location, cleanliness and comfort of hotel are worth the stay. If you can, reserve a room with the outdoor shared terrace where you can walk out to and see Lake Thun from your room. It is amazing!

No aircon, we weren’t able to sleep for the 2 nights, it was so hot. When I was booking it, it didn’t say there’s no aircon. For the price I paid. I was expecting to have an air conditioner.

Horrible staff. Gave us hard time to just provide towel replacement. No air conditioning in room made impossible to sleep. The room was extremely tiny and walls were not finished. Will not go near the hotel.

Very pleasant stay. Modern design, good size clean room. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Free breakfast is a nice addition. The property located just a 15 minutes scenic drive to Interlaken that is actually a bonus.

Mycket fint rum med balkong och fantastisk utsikt över sjön och berg. Rummet var rent och modernt inrett. Frukosten var bra. Enda negativa var att rummet var lite varmt men det var också en värmebölja när vi var där.
Vi var nöjda med att bo i Spiez och inte i Interlaken. Spiez är en vacker liten ort med en mindre hamnpromenad och ett par restauranger. Enkelt med Swiss Travel Pass (tåg) att ta sig till kända områden som t ex Grindelwald eller Jungfraujoch men också fina men mindre turistiga områden som Stockhorn. Du kan också ta båt runt sjön Thun.

They claimed to be 3 star but rooms have no AC, freeze or coffee machine. You have to go to lobby for coffee and they charge 4.5 franks for it, not free. Laundry is 6 franks. Very few eating options around. If you have to go to Interlaken take bus and then train. Bus is once every hour so not easily accessible. Above all staff is not too helpful.

Das Zimmer mit einzelnen Betten entsprach nicht unserem Wunsch, wir erwarteten ein Doppelbett!. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch der Service. Für uns stimmte der Zimmerpreis nicht, da Zimmer sehr klein und keine Aussicht auf See! In dieses Hotel kommen wir nie wieder!
