Great service, the balcony has partial view to the lake and it was so relaxed in the morning and evening to enjoy the view with cup of tea. Hotel staffs are all friendly to answer all questions. There was no kettle, I asked the reception and was sent to my room within five minutes. Will stay here again when come back to St moritz next time.

得到酒店的優待給予一間連大平台的房間，在平台上看着雪山景睇書享受了一個下午。專車接送到火車站，雖然只是15分鐘路程，但因為需要上斜坡所以安排接送，最好的是會跟著火車到站時間在站外等待客人。

Staff speak very good English and are all very helpful. Swimming pool is very modern and sauna is also very private. Just one down point that spa is not available. The hotel has a long history but was well maintained. Things are very clean and tidy. Restaurant is also very nice with good food and excellent staff! A very good experience in the hotel! I wish I have stayed longer!
