Hotel was perfect, clean and comfy. Great location, right next to the train station, the lake and local coffee shops, mall and restaurants. Staff were super nice and so helpful!

I stayed on the 6th floor and had a balcony. It was nice to be able to look out over the city and see the Jet d’ Eau in the distance. And to get a breath of fresh air. The best part about the hotel is how convenient it is from the main train station—just walk across the street. Very walkable and the stay in Geneva included free public transportation (including to and from the airport). Also there was A/C. Very nice as it was pretty hot when I visited.

We just stayed here overnight on our way to a wedding. Room was clean , bed was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful. We were able to check in early. Breakfast was excellent. Convenient to the train, Lake and Old town.

The room was beautiful but the bed was not king sized despite claims to the contrary. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work but it wasn't until my last night that I noticed there was one. In Europe, duvets are the standard but it's just to warm. Requested a top sheet and it was provided.

Nice little hotel with helpful staff and close to the train station. Breakfast was a little more than basic. Can hear people talking loudly in the corridor, but quiet at night time. Mattress is a little soft to my liking; but pillows are comfortable.
