2nd time visiting. Wish we could have stayed longer. I can’t compare it to others as this is the only place in Zermatt we have stayed. Only complaint - very warm. Not sure if there is HVAC or wasn’t working.

What a great hotel. Location is fantastic. Hotel was clean, room was small but very efficiently designed to make our stay very comfortable. Staff was very professional. We loved this hotel and would definitely return.

The rooms were modern and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is very quaint and centrally located. We had a wonderful stay.

Talk about 5-8 mins walk from station, but not really quiet at night, many ppl shouting outside. Also, I don’t understand why Swiss breakfast cost expensive but only provide ham, bread and coffee…….no heat food can eat in winter, a little bit disappointed!

大人2人で2泊３日滞在しました。駅から歩いて10分弱、平坦な道のためスーツケースを運びながらでも簡単にアクセスできます。全体的に建物が新しく清潔感がありました。部屋はとても綺麗で使いやすかったです。特に洗面所の収納スペースが多く便利でした。ホテルのスタッフも丁寧で親切に対応してくれました。朝食会場は開放的で晴れていればマッターホルンが見えます。朝食にバナナやオレンジなどのフルーツがあり満足でした。
部屋はあまり広くありません。2人分のスーツケースを開くのがやっとです。机も狭く一人分の椅子しかないため、スーパーでご飯を買って部屋で食事をする時はかなり手狭です。長期滞在には向いていないと思います。
ただし、部屋の狭さを上回るほど全体的な清潔感と安心感がありますのでおすすめのホテルです。

Location of the property is perfect. It’s just off the Main Street with all the restaurants and bars but far enough back to be away from the noise. It’s also convenient for both train, gondola and fenicular stations.

Great hotel, super well located (city center), everything is walking distance and the room and bathroom is modern and beautiful. Great experience overall. It is really quiet at night and the balcony is a pleasant area to sit and read a book.
Breakfast was very simple, we would love some scrambled eggs and more fruit options.

Hotel Tannenhof was excellent on all levels. Staff incredibly friendly and informative, responsive to requests, food at the hotel was incredible and very cool (Don't miss it!), rooms are comfortable, enough room, beds very comfortable and the hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Zermatt, steps away from shops, view of the Matterhorn and easily accessible from the train, and the per night price is reasonable.
