非常靠近火車站, 但是在一條安靜且有氣質的巷道內, 隔壁還有品紅酒的小館. 建議嘗試飯店的餐廳, 頗有水準. 商業午餐尤其物超所值, 而且幾乎都是鄰近的商務人士來用餐, 可見其自有口碑.

Hôtel confortable très bien situé personnel charmant très à l’écoute à conseiller sans hésitation

The weather in Geneva has been extremely hit. Highs of 98 for our .3-day stay. Our room was comfortable, but the AC unit in our room NEVER cooked the room down. Sleeping fir the 3-night stay was very challenging!!!

Hotel Tiffany is very conveniently located in a walking distance to Old Town, to Lake Geneva and local beach. 15-min uber drive from Geneva airport. Plenty of dining options around and shopping. Older hotel but comfortable room. The air conditioning worked well. I also was able to use their sauna and hamam. That was a very nice bonus after a day of walking. The personnel was very nice and helpful.

Nice property reasonably close to downtown and the train station. One of the few places we saw with AC traveling during a summer heat wave

Aufenthalt war enttäuschend. Hotel ziemlich schmuddelig und alles stark benutzt. Ringhörige Zimmer. Nie und nimmer 4 Sterne ich denke eher 2 Sterne Hotel.

Lovely hotel in a great area if you’re traveling to learn more about Geneva. Easy walks to local parks, theater, the old town, public monuments, shopping, and awesome food places. Loved the art deco look of the hotel. Great welcome reception. Good help when we had questions. Good advice for Restaurants. We’ll definitely go back here when we’re in Geneva next time.

I was told my credit card didn’t go through from my Expedia booking and I paid nearly twice what hotel advertised as going rate.

Good hotel in a great location. Spacious rooms and no issues with the service. We were even able to check in a couple hours early because our room was ready.

The bathroom was amazing - newly renovated and spacious. We had a lovely sitting area where we could visit with our travelling friends. They had fridge and air conditioning. The staff were helpful. Close to all the sights and in the old town. Co-op grocery store around the corner. Tram stop 1 block away. It is a very old hotel and the lobby looks a bit worn but has that old elegance feel. Very happy with our choice and would recommend to others.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that the air condition was broken but would be repaired later that day. When we found out a few hours later that day that it would not be fixed until three days later, we immediately checked out before we even stayed one night and asked for a refund. The room was stifling hot. We had trouble speaking with the hotel manager despite several attempts. We were only refunded $75 of the $500. Other guests were having similar problems. I would not recommend this hotel.

The location is excellent and you can walk around old town, and to many of the key attractions in Geneva. The hotel is very nice, the room was comfortable and we had a very good time.

Air conditioning did not work, we were promised fans but had to request multiple times before ever getting one. Breakfast for 20 Swiss Francs was bad.

O tamanho do quarto muito bom, porém o quarto estava sujo e com pratos e copos deixados por outros hóspedes, a cozinha americana estava trancada e só foi liberada após reclamação e queriam cobrar sendo que estava incluso. Desligaram o ar condicionado uma noite e retiraram o telefone do quarto. Após reclamação ligaram novamente. Alguns recepcionistas simpáticos e outros grosseiros.

Lovely hotel, a good distance from city centre so nice and quiet, polite staff and clean room. Air con did not work, staff knew and did not say, fridge did not work and breakfast options were limited. Very good bathroom facilities and very nice ambiance.

The rooms were too dark. The AC was not functioning really well, it was hot. Staff were ok but should be more friendly and accommodating.

Rude personel not even trying to accommodate us, clima was not working properly, overall dated hotel. Not recommend.

Charming hotel, good breakfast, staff very helpful and friendly. The room has an excellent size for an European hotel. Will surely stay there again, if I come to Geneva again
